Drive through is very inconvenient now. They have a specific line for mobile orders, instead of just asking if you have a mobile order and sending you through. Which would make more sense. Several cars went through this line on accident, including me, and they were asked to wait for everyone to go through that was combined from the two lines to go back around to the very end of the line, to get in the correct line. Awful set up.

Walked from Costco while waiting on new tires and was looking forward to breakfast. I got there right at 10:30 and there was one customer in front of me. A manager came over to the very pleasant clerk and said no breakfast after this customer. I was the only other person in line so I asked very nicely if I could get breakfast and was refused. The manager was rude. I made it known I was very disappointed but the manager still refused to serve me breakfast. I hardly ever leave bad reviews you can see if you check my history but this really pissed me off. Thanks for ruining my day Chick-fil-A. I will not return to this location.

There is a delivery driver named Bob J. And honestly he needs a raise or something because when he delivers my order even at my last job he leaves a very positive note with each order and I feel that is so thoughtful and just taking that extra step to make sure someone has a good day and their order is good is just amazing to me. I appreciate him so much!

I had went back to the restaurant 2 redeem my "GOLD" ticket purchase an it wasn't as advertised......I bought extra items just 2 get them free as advertised but when I went 2 redeem my food I only got the sandwiches instead of the meals I bought. So the meals I bought I only got the sandwiches 4 free. So I had 2 pay extra for the sides & drinks.
