Just celebrated two birthdays this past weekend at this Chili’s location.We walked in and told the hostess we needed a table for 8. We had to wait about 20 minutes, which was fine while we waited on everyone to arrive. We got a text that our table was ready and was seated right away.Our waitress was great (I didn't catch her name), she provided quality customer service and checked on us on multiple occasions to make sure we had everything we needed. That alone was worth five stars.I got the chicken crispers with fries and mac n cheese with ranch, spicy ranch, and honey mustard. The meal was good for what it was. The spicy ranch was really good and my favorite out of all the sauces I received.Similar to Applebee’s, you’ll find a lot of traditional “American” style choices. It’s just your typical, average chain restaurant. I find myself here when other places are busy or if I'm looking for a quick meal. Nothing ever draws me here specifically as it’s nothing special.But the past couple of times I've been in the last year, I’ve had good food and good service, so that’s a win! Definitely check it out if this is your type of cuisine.
Great food great atmosphere and amazing limited time margarita. Me my part and kids all had a wonderful time all the food was hot and came out in a timely manor. We forgot to order an appetizer but once we got our food we where glad we had the portion sizes wherent bad for the pice.Kid-friendliness: Lots of options and good portions with even quite a few sides to choose from

I was in at the Florence location..I sat at the bar and the bartender barely acknowledge me the bar was a mess and he was very rude when I if he would wipe the area were I was sitting..he waited on 3 other customer outside of the bar in which they were already eating.He proceed to walk pass me and not even ask if I wanted a glass of water nor wiped the table off were I was sitting..terrible customer service..spoke with manager and told him i will never come there again..customer service was terrible..

Delicious, fun Friday night dinner with colleagues! This was the first visit to this Chili's location in Florence. My colleagues and I were staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel located a short distance from Chili's. In recent years, I have become a huge fan and frequent guest of Chili's. This visit certainly didn't disappoint; my colleagues and I enjoyed great food and an excellent service! Travis, our server, was outstanding! My colleagues are not the easiest customers to deal with. They always have millions of questions about the menu and food items. Travis was extremely patient and provided efficient, friendly and professional service. Thank you Travis for your excellent service!! This Chili's location looks relatively new and was very clean. Nice updated decor and design. We arrived around 5:30 pm and were immediately seated. However, shortly after arriving the restaurant started filling up and there was a waiting period for available tables. Naturally, Friday night is a busy time. I'm not sure if every evening is this busy, but I highly recommend you arrive early to avoid a wait. My colleagues and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I have several favorite menu selections at Chili's; one of which is the Quesadilla Explosion salad. Feeling my body needed some "green" and veggies, I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion salad and was very happy with my choice. The salad was fresh and tasty! Excellent dressing, served with cheese Quesadillas. You can add chicken or chicken Crispers if you wish. This Florence Chili's location is excellent. Very lively and vibrant! It's a perfect place to bring family, friends and colleagues.
The food was absolutely amazing and the service was the best we’ve had in a long time . Keep up the great work ! We will be returning and will recommend to anyone !!!
