I’ve been going here since I was a toddler and the food is amazing it’s probably one of my favorite Chinese restaurants to visit and I honestly would take it over some more heavily priced Chinese food places and it’s one of the only standing restaurants in the mall as it’s been there for at least 15 years

From the first moment you enter this place the waiters give you a pleasant feeling. Very comfortable hosts, it is a friendly place to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date. Great cuisine, specialist chief cook and stuff, good cost and nice service. Highly recommended.

Got the lo mein and orange chicken. Very nice. But then I saw that they have egg drop soup so I got some to try. Yuck! Orange colored and tasted of carrot juice since they over did the bits of carrot in the soup. Wont do that again!

Horrible customer service. I went through the line with my kids and got 2 kids meals (they call them jr meal) and they were $4.69 each and a drink was extra. Lady charged me my total was $16 and some change. I explained that my total was wrong. She said no I received one kids meal and one adult meal. I explained that I ordered the same thing for both kids and she told me no. The woman who made the food just laughed and smiled and wouldn't tell her what I ordered. I asked for an adjustment to my total and was told no. I will never spend another dime here again.

Just visited China max florence mall worst experience ever eating China food. Staff didn't smile weren't welcoming didn't say thank u and food was old and nasty I only went there because my usual Japanese restaurant a few spots down was pack. I will never return wish I could give no stars I took 3 bites and threw the rest away.
