Yesterday I placed an order online to be ready at 11:50, I did not receive my order until 12:45. I sat there while only one lady was working the line and customers who came in and order were getting their food made while my order that should have been ready almost an hour ago still hadn’t been touched. I saw and heard people in the back but it seems no one had the urgency to come out and help make food and take care of any of the customers. The service was so slow that a line almost out the door started forming with people waiting 15 minutes to even get their order taken. In the middle of this the worker decided to lock all of the doors at 12 in the afternoon not allowing anyone else in. This included a police officer trying to get in the store and could only enter when another customer came and opened it for him. People who were trying to get in also placed an online order and can’t even get in to get the order they paid for. This is the worst experience I have EVER had at any restaurant. I knew I should have went to the mall road or ANY other chipotle. What was the point of placing an online order if I wasn’t gonna receive it until an hour after it said it was ready.

Chipotle never disappoints. Always fresh & delish! My favorite will always be the barbacoa rice bowl. Service on our carry out order was very speedy. Unfortunately, they were so busy being speedy that they neglected to include the chips I ordered and for which I was charged. Not interested in driving another 25 minutes round trip to get them. Disappointed, but the good we did receive was good.

I placed an order online for a specific pickup time. I arrived 5 min late just to make sure it was done. It was not and the people entering behind me were being helped immediately. My food was 20 minutes late and for some reason I was being punished for placing and order online. Hopefully management can help with prioritizing which orders to work on.

The food has always been good. The service sometimes can be not so good. What I mean by that the last time I was there when putting chicken on they had a whole spoon full and put very little on then put spoon back with most of chicken on it.Kid-friendliness: They have soft tacos and they have several different protein to choose from.Wheelchair accessibility: The alsie ways are wide which would be helpful.

So the kid I ordered from was having a conversation with a coworker who was grilling. He would ask me a question and turn around and respond to his coworker. He did this 4 times throughout the order and I had to repeat myself every single time. I asked for extra rice, corn and lettuce and I recieved none of my request. He put about 5 pieces of chicken on my burrito so I had to ask for an actual scoop of chicken which they wanted to charge me extra for. Every single item I got on my burrito was a half to a quarter scoop. I got so tired of repeating myself and watching him add such a tiny amount of food to my burrito that I just gave up with him. When I asked for extra corn he put a half scoop and then I said "can I get extra please" he put a quarter scoop on. I weigh my burritos now and this one was less than half the weight of the smallest burrito I've ever been served. Keep in mind this is a burrito with extra rice, black beans, chicken, hot salsa, extra corn, cheese and extra lettuce. Look at this picture and try to tell me this is what it was suppose to look like. Worst part is that a few days later I went back and he was working again so I decided to give him another chance. Absolutely no improvement and lady coworker of his had to take over. Also my first experience they weren't friendly at all. I waited a good minute or 2 to finally get served at the register and the lady who rung me up was not have a good day(rude). I don't like to complain at restaurants because I used to work in them for 16 years but this experience was pathetic. They weren't busy and I was the only one in line. No excuse for this. Mall road chipotle was my go to location and now it's dream street. Union location has a bunch of children working and the place is always a mess. Also have you ever noticed when you order online your burrito is smaller than when ordering in person?Parking: So you have to options to leave the lot. In order to go left onto mall road you have to drive down a road that hasn't been maintained/repayed in decades. Also I noticed the curb height along the bushes are too high and even an SUV will scrape their bumper.

My daughter and I went to Chipotle to eat today and I ended up with something I didn't order in my food when my daughter seen it she said ooh I can't eat no more that turned my stomach when I showed the manager she said that she can only refund me for that one bowl and that was it I asked if she would refund the complete meal because my daughter said she couldn't eat that food seeing that there was a bug in her father's food God only knows how many bugs we ate before we noticed the bugs in our food

Ppl are always nice here. However this is the worst chipotle when it comes to food and presentation. When you are trying to build your bowl... or your burrito.... stuff FOREVER looking OLD... EMPTY... DRY.... like damn. I look like a crazy person having to ASK FOR FRESH ingredients. IT'S ONLY 5PM..... why it look like yall ran out of EVERYTHING????

This was the only chipotle I could go to but now because of Adam I'll never be back. I have never been so disrespected in a filled restaurant before asking for more meat I am willing to pay for and the guy gives me a pinch and slides it. I ask for more and he snubs his nose up to me as if to tell me no and preceded to tell me the single total scoop he gave me was the correct amount. I was willing to even pay for it but he slung his head so hard it about knocked me down with hostility. I was so uncomfortable I even said I could leave to which he said fine go. I have never in my life been so disrespected in a restaurant. I don't understand how people so unqualified to be around the public are always interacting with it. I will never be back.
