Be careful when you build your own breakfast. Three biscuits which I thought were free 2 sausage patties and a small order of apples for $11.98. The eggs were charged separately. OVERCHARGED! I will never eat here again. The manager on the phone said I can get my money back but when I came back he said otherwise. No more.

People go out to eat for many reasons, and with the hefty prices these days, meats should be cooked to order, not microwaved to expedite production. Meats are microwaved, side dishes come out cold, and now y’all have stopped your bread service.Upon writing this, I realize how much cheaper it would be to buy a hungry man meal and stay home and eat rubbery chicken and not feel obligated to tip a server who has to be reminded, that REFILLS ARE NEEDED. And as we move into the warmer months, why not sit the elderly people by the fire place and keep it going year round? And why y’all gotta be messing with the menu so darn much? Yogurt parfait is gone, along with limiting what time fish can be ordered. Why can’t people have fish for breakfast? Why y’all gotta tell me how to live? Why can’t we go back to the way it used to be when, servers did their jobs and companies had pride in their products?

Everything was good. The food came out hot and fast. The service was good. The price was affordable. They now have alcohol on the menu which was a nice surprise, always great to start a day off with a mimosas!

Crying, screaming children. Workers don't say anything to parents. I asked for coffee refill, when waitress cam back 25 minutes later, I asked about it, but we were done. Never got that or refill my water. I asked for a takeout dish for my food. That came another 15 minutes later with our bill and a takeout coffee. I watched several other tables have real good servers. Why us?

Ordered Saturday night for a puck up time of 7:56pm after getting to the store and waiting until 8:30pm I was told my order was just received. I asked for it to be canceled which it us. Maybe there was a misconduct between placing the order online and when it was received. No biggie, attempted to place another order Sunday. Pick up time was around 7:30. Being 8 months pregnant obviously 2 meals looked good to me so I ordered 2 for myself plus the rest of the family's food. Once I had arrived to the restaurant I waited in line at the pick up area. Was never addressed so I stood over by the 2 people waiting on doordash orders. The woman working the register was not working the take out, okay I get it's not your job but you could have asked the name. After waiting an additional 20 minutes for someone to ask me the name of my order. I was told it would be a little longer they were working on 3 other take out orders. Okay... my meals were chicken tenders and fries, fried catfish with 3 sides, fried shrimp, and the fried chicken. After a few morning minutes someone radioed the woman working the register to let her know they ran out of fried chicken about 6:30pm. It's well after 8 o'clock at this point and would I like something else. No I did not want to stand there any longer waiting on a meal to be ready when the rest was done and sitting under the heat lamp. Was refunded the chicken only because I did accept the sides. The "chicken tender" that were the same size as the fried shrimp was suppose to has 2 sides of fries, there was about 12 in there. The catfish was cold and soggy. Both orders of mashed potatoes (one loaded and the other with brown gravy) were so hard I couldn't stab the fork into one and the other was stuck together like paste. The fried shrimp was barely more than hard breading. It was very disappointing to say the least.

Sage, our server, was great. She was very busy, but didn't neglect us. So, the 4 stars on service are not for Sage, but for Cracker Barrel. We normally avoid Bob Evans when traveling on a Monday and go to Cracker Barrel because Bob Evandls is out of so much on Monday.Cracker Barrel had them beat today! I forget all the foods she listed, and then afyer I got my salad she found out they were out of my vinaigrette dressing!I probably would have ordered something else if I had known. So, not our best Cracker Barrel visit.

I recently went to Cracker Barrel. I was excited as it had been a few years since I had travelled near one.I always loved the home cooked style food and extensive mouthwatering menu selections! The server was excellent. The atmosphere was fine. But the food was just "ok." The quality of the food was acceptable, the quantity was disappointing, the selection on the menu was limited. Not like it once was. Step it up Cracker Barrel. You were once great, now you are just average.
