Taylor at the bar was amazing!!! She made sure we were 110% taken care of from the minute we got there until the end of her shift. She is such a fantastic team member. Also special shoutouts to Bryce, Madison, and Haley! (sorry if I spelt anyone’s name wrong) The customer service really makes or breaks an experience like this and the employees we interacted with went above and beyond for us.

Loading cards for play got annoying when the technology wouldnt take at first, but overall my kiddo had fun. Wish ALL games earned u at least a couple "tickets" cuz the younger kids only want to play video games which earn nothing. Cost got super expensive, but an over all fun time.

The wait staff is very nice, and tries hard to make a good night for you. The food is nasty, and keeps coming out cold. apparently they can't operate a microwave properly, because it was obvious they nuked my fries. Food came out wrong, so salty you wonder if they're trying to salt cure it. I have no intention of ever spending my money there again.
This was the absolute worst service I’ve ever had in a restaurant. When the ditzy girl took my order I had to repeat it to her 3 times… but because telling her what I’d like omitted from my sandwich was too difficult, I made it easy and told her I just wanted a cheese steak sandwich with fried onions, American cheese, and that’s it. Food comes out, it has everything I didn’t want on it and none of what I did. I mentioned this and she replied “ I can just take it into the back and scrape off the stuff you don’t like.” I just asked for some fried onions on the side and I’ll handle it. She comes back 10 mins later with a cup of raw onions. I didn’t even want it anymore after that. My friend ate his food and I didn’t touch mine. She never came to check on us, and I had to go to the host desk after waiting for the check… about 35 mins. The manager came and took the stuff off the bill i didn’t eat, because it wasn’t what I ordered. I paid the bill and got out of there. I believe the waitress was Ashley.

This was our first time at a Dave and Buster’s ever. NOT IMPRESSED IN THE SLIGHTEST. When we first arrived we asked for an accommodation for seating and they refused at first. After having a hip repair, not placement, but repair, you would think you could get a simple accommodation for SEATING. And then after being seated, finally, we still weren’t even served after 20 minutes of being there. Do better.

Took my son there for a father/son day. I will say, our waitress was great. Service was outstanding. The double pepperoni flatbread was pretty decent. However, the wings were really disappointing. Ordered both the Nashville Hot and Korean Spicy and neither had much of a punch to them, the Nashville Hot sauce flavor was downright awful. We did have a blast in the arcade as there was a pretty good variety of new VR games and old school classics remixed for the new generation. Would definitely come back to play the games but never again for the food as it was mediocre at best and crazy overpriced. (The price would have been decent if the food was).

Keep in mind, this is no fault of the employees. Everything is just low quality. The food, the drinks, it's an arcade venue with a bar. Draw your own picture but it's not somewhere I'd be going again. I guess if you're bringing kids maybe?
