Truth be told, I don't much care for Donatos Pizza. I might order one once a year or so. I've never been big on thin crust pizzas & even as far as chains go in the area, there are arguably better choices.But every once in a while, I like to check them out & see what I might be missing. The staff was really nice. When we got there it turned out the internet had went out. And it was right after we ordered. And they were so sweet and accommodating. I will say it threw me off that the Hawaiian pizza had cinnamon and sliced almonds. Kind of threw me off. But super sweet people

Ordered delivery on a Saturday night. I received text updates on the progress of my order i.e. approximate arrival time, when the driver was approaching & when the order was delivered. From the time I ordered until the food was in my hands was about 15 minutes. The food was what I expected; everything I ordered was there and was good. I got the spicy cheese with the bread sticks and it does have a kick to it. I'd rate it as medium heat.
