Owner of the store wanted to charge me 4.02 for a Cinnamon Vanilla Iced Coffe, even though the price on the menu said 3.17. Would not resolve the issue when I brought it to their attention.This franchised location will happily price-gouge you, as it is clearly run by a greedy manager: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Excellent as always, this location has become one of my favorites as of late.Staff are friendly, smiling and seem to actually enjoy being there, which in turn leads to a good atmosphere and the food being accurate and fresh.

I have been to this Dunkin' Donuts on three different occasions when I went in the person that cashed me out was rude I've gone through the drive-thru and the person taking the order was rude and a lot of times they're out of things first thing in the morningParking: From the time you pull off 18 up to drive thru you're blocking people in the restaurant that are parked. At times drive thru is backed up, you're sitting on 18 waiting to pull in due to drive thru traffic.

I placed an order through the mobile app for this Dunkin on my way to the airport. 12-30-2023 (AM) I ordered a coffee with cream. That was served to me with NO creamer. Also had a drink with oatmilk that was either expired or left out and was bad. That drink was thrown away. I also ordered a doughnut that I waited 10 minutes for an employee to acknowledge me to get it.

Dayshift manager and employees are the most rude and lazy employees I’ve ever seen. Disgusting. However, whenever I go in the evening-completely different. Wonderful staff at night. I can’t believe that they actually employ such a jerk for a manager during the day.

Vary UnsafeHad an allergic reaction due to negligence on behalf of the employees. Asked The drive-thru person to confirm my order verbally they did so. Thay then I've been answering me at the window. Gave me a pecans world when I ordered and double checked with the person that it was a peppermint mocha. Proceeded to have an allergic reaction on my way to work in the car. Come back the next day and they've slapped up an allergy sign with a magnet where the other one had obviously fallen off at some point. Then told me it was my fault for not reading the sign that wasn't thare. Note you can't see the sign in the window in the morning when it's dark because it's not. Manager also seemed uncertain about who was the food safety certified employee when I came in to get a refund. Manager also stated that " mistakes happen"

I can't believe what witness. Someone was yelling at top her long screaming at the employees. I ask her to quite down. She said she was with corporate. If you got problems go behind counter an address. She said no and continue to yell at me. There is no way I would allow a corporate dictator to address my employees. In that matter. Just wrong!

I understand it’s 6:30 in the morning and no one wants to work on a Saturday. But being in the service industry, specially that early in the morning you’re the first face that somebody might see before they start their day. don’t act like you hate your job working the drive-through. It puts off a bad vibe.

The employees and atmosphere are great - the issue is the drinks themselves. They really - desperately - need to work on their coffee to milk ratios. I always order lattes - I know they are milk heavy. That said, you can ALWAYS still taste the coffee and flavors in a latte. This location gives you a cup of milk and someone whispering coffee from a mile away while you drink. I have gone to this location multiple times as it is on my way to work - each time I have had this problem. Please work on your ratios!
