Not to impressed with this location I ordered snacking bacon..everything bagel toasted with cream cheese..strawberry coolata.. pulled up to the order no one was in line took sometime for the person to speak on the speaker I felt bad because after a while I said hello then they responded ..I get up to the window I can see there's just 1 person so i wait 15 minutes before he opens the window says absolutely nothing to me I hand him my card.hands me my food I should have taken a photo as I can not do the description justice on top 2 balled up napkins that look used..my bagel and bacon not in a pouch like normal bacon laid in the bottom and was not even look warm..my bagel was not toasted at all ..and my collated reminded me of the cheap ice that u get at the gas station all u got was the liquid left with ice in the cup..I HAE HAD COLLATAS ON A WEEKLY BASIS FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD ONE LIKE THIS ....I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION

By far the best donuts I’ve ever got at a Dunkin’ Donuts. All the other Dunkin’ Donuts around here ruin them when they try to finish the product at the store and the people that work there know what I’m talking about. They try to put the glaze on them once they’ve been in the store and it ruins them. They’re nothing like they should be. This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts is consistent and the personnel there are fantastic no reason they should have anything but a five star rating for anything other than their location is kind of difficult. Great little Dunkin' that is Drive-Thru/Walk-Up only around the corner from where my son has sports training. I go on the same day at the same time every week and tell the same guy to surprise me with a doughnut. He has NEVER let me down.

One of my favorite Dunkin' locations. It's a walk-up/drive-thru location in a parking lot. Always super fast and the workers are super helpful. Food can be a little overdone at times but it's better than being cold after a long drive to work!
The customer service at Turfway road is top notch. Especially with Nick! He’s incredibly personable and friendly and makes you want to visit this specific location because finding pleasant customer service driven ppl is scarce anymore . The food is great and coffee is even better .

Worse Dunkin experience I’ve ever had! I love Dunkins holidays drinks and went to go get my favorite drink . Unfortunately I got the drink with an extra surprise. A long curly thin hair went down my throat and I had the pleasure of pulling the hair out of my throat. I felt disgusted and I gagged. When I went to get a refund the lady seemed unapologetic and like she just wanted me to leave. They also didn’t answer the walk up window right away.
