I will not be back. They have great cakes and donuts. I always buy something for my daughter who is out of town. She grow up with Emerson's but!!! They have messed up my order everytime. I just went up and they said I could not order a small cake,new rule. To call day before and they may have a cake. The Older lady working there has said there is no white cream filled donuts. But I have ordered them. Sadly, I won't be back.

Getting married and order a few simple desserts. Called a few days before the wedding to check on the order and they couldn't find it. After calling then back a few hours later they had not gotten the order ready and said they could still get it done on time. They had the nerve to tell us they wouldn't charge us a rush fee for their screw up. When I called to check on the order the day of the wedding they couldn't locate the order based on the name and when I arrived to pick it up they still had a hard time finding it. Avoid at all costs or risk gambling with your time and money.Edit: For the store's response. I did not hang up on them. I told them I would call them back with my exact order. The clerk responded "ok", and we both hung up (I never called back). When I arrived at the store I waited to be acknowledged and definitely did not shout "hey you". Once acknowledged my exact words were "hi I'm here to pick up this (showed online receipt), once the items were retrieved I asked " are we sure this is everything?" Inspected what we paid for and my father asked " do you have another box?". After packing it I left. Those were the only words I spoke and the exact interaction.

I got 3 different donuts..all 3 were nasty. The first one was cold, like it just came out of the fridge, the second was old, and the third had a marshmellow filling..not good at all...so i got a reply from them saying they dont fill their donuts with marshmallow..lol..ok my husband tasted it too and thats exactly whats in in. And as for the cold donut it was very old and yes it seemed to have been refrigerated. And if it would allow me to add a picture of it i would have.
Everything I get it's amazing, I can't help but stop bye everytime after work.

I was to pick up a birthday cake at 1:00 at Hands Pike. When I got there they did not have the cake. They called around and the cake was at the Dixie bakery. They talked me into going to Dixie to pick up the cake. I told them I did not know the area on Dixie. I was told it would only take about 15 minutes to get there. I got lost & called my grandson. He also tried to get me there, I got lost again. I ended up in Independence, lost again. Went in the dollar store for directions, I did make it to Dixie. Could not find the bakery. Stopped at Bargain Barn, received directions & could not find the bakery. I called the Dixie store for directions the lady did not know how to help me. I asked for the manager, he explained that I had to go down a different road then hit Dixie again. I found the bakery. When I went in I asked why the cake was not at Hands Pike. They said it had a crack & they had to fix it. When I asked why no one called me or Hands Pike. I did receive an answer. This took me 2 hours to pick up my Grandsons cake. I was to pick up groceries between 2 to 3, I picked my groceries up at 4:30. This is not how I wanted to spend my Grandsons birthday.

We made specific request for 2 different cakes on different days and they were both what we said we didn't want the tickets said what we ordered and they were the exact opposite our family has been coming here since they first opened but the service has gone down hill on of the cakes was supposed to say 40 but it said yo and then we said no rainbow on a different cake and it was rainbow balloons

I get my wife a carrot cake for her birthday from here every year. This year I had a theme and they definitely hooked me up. This place is amazing.
