I came in to pick an order up for a customer and when I walked up to the cashier to ask if the order was ready, she rudely said to me that the order was over there as if I was supposed to automatically know where orders are placed for pickup. No one greeted me when I walked in but when certain other people walked in after me they were greeted with a smile. This place needs to work on treating everyone the same especially if you're running a business. Disgusting that I even have to write a review like this on 2024 smh.

Went in this morning to get fresh bagels. Saturday! Thought it strange that there weren't many left. When i got home it was very clear that there were a day or more old. They were extremely stale. Not happy!

This is an amazing classic bakery! The moment you open the door, you are greeted by the amazing smell of sugar and the friendly staff. You have to go early because everything (I do mean everything) is sooo good it sells out fast. There is a enormous variety of fresh baked goods from breads, cakes, cookies, pasties, sooo many type so donuts and more. This bakery is one of our favorites and it is definitely a treat. Make sure you check it out.
Staff was so friendly and kind! We’re here visiting family and were absolutely in shock at the prices. Incredibly reasonable prices and great food. The bagel sandwich SLAPPED and their cream cheese choices are extensive. But I think our favorite was the eclair!

My daughter's graduation cake was beautiful and moist. The decorating was exactly what I wanted. The marble cake was "YUMMO". We recently moved to the area and read reviews, so I'm glad we used Emerson's.

Tried to buy doughnuts from here on 5/16/23 at 9am. Brunette woman with glasses was very rude. When she came over to take my order she was complaining about having Door Dash customers. She was curt with me while I was selecting, then berated me for not telling her that I needed a box instead of the bag she was using. Sorry, but I had never been in there before and wasn’t sure what I wanted. When she slammed the bag on the counter to place the doughnuts in a box instead, I politely said “You know what? Never mind. I won’t be buying anything.”Many businesses are happy to have customers, but not Emerson’s Bakery ?♀️. Many employees are happy to have jobs, but not this lady.?♀️

Parking situation is the worst, accessibility is a 1/10. I don't understand why every one is so excited about this place... the donuts, pastries and cake aren't even good. Everytime my family has an event they always buy from here, so I've had it plenty of times
