Food was horrible, dropped fish in oil a second time to heat it up . Frischs was not meant to be a fast food restaurant, go back to making orders when ordered . 2 stores are closing , and parking lots are empty . Seems like they'd take a hint .

I will not be returning to this location.I waited 12 minutes then drove to the window because nobody ever asked me to place an order. I had placed a mobile order. The guy at the window only words were "you place your order back there". I told him I'd been sitting there a while and nobody answered. I said "hello" a few times. I told him I had placed a mobile order I was picking up. He seemed bothered and said "people usually come in & get it". I appologised & said it's different at different locations & I was used to it being brought outside. I was at the window so all he needed to do hand me the order. He angrily slammed the window & walked away. He returned after what seemed like a long but I stopped watching the clock because my blood pressure was elevating. He finally returned with my order with a hateful look. I said thank you, I'll do us both a favor & go elsewhere from now on. The bun was fresh and the burger was good. The $2.99 fries I received are pictured. Half an order that should have been discarded, old and brown. If this is normal for this location I don't see them remaining in business there much longer.

The hot fudge cake was good but it could have had more hot fudge . When u ask for extra whip cream I don't care if I get charged as long as I get it. The service was very quick and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door.

I love the he smash burger! We had great service tonightI was told about the breakfast bar on Wednesdays for 8.99 great value . I would rather never eat another big boy the rest of my life not any meat. Keep the smash burger .
