I don't know what happened but the last 3 times eating here the chili is watered down. This time I asked to get chili and not water and it was still almost an inch of water I poured out of my regular 4 way. I won't be back to gold star.

Friendly service and yummy food. Always clean and efficient. We eat here when we're traveling from Nashville to Columbus. All of us always leave filled and happy. Highly recommend.

Every time I go here for lunch it takes them 15 to 20 minutes to get my food out to me. Not trying to be mean but I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to put chili and cheese on top of fries and on top of a hotdog.I started to try and order online. Make it a little bit quicker, they have no idea what online ordering is. And they’ve quiz me multiple times. Are you sure it’s Mount Zion. I don’t know how much more clear I can read 310 Mount Zion Rd. Florence Kentucky .Today my order was still not ready and I wasted 2/3’s of my lunch and never got my food. This is only location that struggles to give you wait time issues. If it is a lack of staff , please Gold Star hire more people. You are hurting your brand here!

Went thru drive thru window. Missing part of my order, after I arrived home. Drove back to ask for new order. Was talked to by a rude women named Tonya. I asked for a refund and she said no I will charge you for the new order. Even though I brought the unfinished order back that was untouched. I told her I wasn’t pay for the order. She said That she will call the police. This was on my Zion road. DO NOT GO THERE. SHE DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT BE WOKING WITH THE PUBLIC.

I like this place better than skyline chili The chili five way is excellent portions are fair for the price you pay. I also recommend the garlic parmesan fries but instead of them using parmesan have them use the cheddar it makes the fries like you would get if you were in Ireland or England kind of awesome

Food was very good, the service HOWEVER was very lacking ! Other than taking our order ,and bringing it to our table no one thought to ask how the food was, if we wanted anything else ( like refills, more crackers, drinks to go ANYTHING. Waving your Empty glass in the air was needed to signal that you wanted something. Maybe the 3 workers were overwhelmed having to wait on 2 (two) tables with CUSTOMERS at the same time ??? Maybe they just didn't want to be bothered.(although probably wanted the tip anyway) Typical for today's workforce in today's market. Won't be back..

Very friendly and helpful, polite, and inviting welcoming crew. Answers any questions you may have, as well as accommodate your order in any way possible. Very well trained and mannered employees.Kid-friendliness: Everyone there seem to love and or welcome any interactions with the children. My child felt very safe and welcomed, with very little hesitation at all to approach a worker with any issues.

Arrived at 11, one hour before close. I called and they advised they would be closing at 11:30 immediately. I told them I was in a big truck and asked if it would be ok to walk up to the window? They said “Dine in is closed.” I restarted my compromise (No customers in line or of recent.) He said, “Yeah, I guess that’s ok” I asked it would be ok if I ordered over the phone with an attempt to prevent any delays clearly they are having a horrible night for some reason. He replied, “Nope, you can order the window.” In the most condescending manor possibly. The manager in orange met with the younger guy to discuss the call.The manager in orange unprofessionally scolded him as during the entire call I was outside in my truck observing.Decided to not order anything, this is my 3rd and final absolutely negative experience with this location specific. Is there no leadership over operations? Or is it franchised

absolutely horrible! ordered a regular 3 way and got something less than a kids size! dine in wasn't open at 9 pm, when it says they're open until 12 am???
