Usually not a bad experience. But the last two times I’ve ordered at drive thru and yes I didn’t go through bag thoroughly but you’d like to think they can get order correct. But items were wrong or missing. Ordered salad and no dressing in bag. Ordered a potato salad not in bag. Ordered different bread on sandwich and was original bread. I drive 15 miles home so not convenient to go back to store. Just very disappointing

Only three locations left! No one makes sandwiches like Izzy's. Greatly expanded menus. Original potato pancakes and kosher pickles make a huge meal with the fresh pastrami and corned beef. Outdoor seating for warmer weather away from traffic with secure railing. Ample parking and drive-through also. Great carrot cake. Staff personable and obviously enjoyed working together. Very clean. Abby was an excellent server. You cannot leave hungry.

I'm so disappointed. My 81 year old father has been wanting Izzy's for a while, so while out today, we went in for lunch. We were seated fairly quickly and our server took our drink order and brought out drinks quickly but then forgot about us. I had to bring it to another servers attention that our order hadn't been taken yet. Food was what I expected, except when I ordered a piece of carrot cake on our way out the door.I didn't look at the cake until I got home and let me tell you.... the piece of cake that I received was definitely not worth the almost $6. I will not be going back to the Izzy's in Florence any time soon.

I had been craving a reuben all day, so my husband and I stopped here on our way home from work last night. Izzy's did not disappoint. It's the first time we've eaten here since they moved to this location. The dining room is a little small. It was later in the evening so there was only one other couple in there. I can imagine a full house can get kinda tight, but it was fine for us. We both got corn beef Reubens with grilled bread. They were delicious. The potato cake was amazing as well. Unfortunately, I did not get our waitresses' names, but she was the only one working. She was quick to greet us and super sweet. She kept on top of our refills and offered us drinks to go. The store was clean and cute. There's a drive thru, but we needed a sit-down meal. The menu has many things to choose from. There's a free parking lot. I look forward to eating here more often!
