Great sub but price is a little high for a 12" sub. The sub was tasty and the ingredients were fresh. The employees were friendly and eager to assist but the cashier was missing some time in math class. Just to give you some context if something cost $15.24 I'm gonna pull out a quarter to keep from getting a bunch of ones and more change. On this visit, I gave the cashier change to round it out. He looked at me like I had two heads. He had to pull out a calculator to count my change of $5.01.

We love Jersey Mikes in Union! The moment you open the door, you are greeted by the awesome staff and smell of fresh food! I enjoy ordering my food and watching it be prepared fresh in front of me. Every sandwich is customized to how I want it. They are so quick and helpful. We stop serval times a month!

Rude nasty people went for an interviewThey told me I could not get the job because I kept calling up there well that’s besides the point my phone got hacked and people were getting caught off my phone about 12 times manager was rude and disrespectful which is Lacey. She acts all nice when you get there but rude and disrespectful never will eat their food again. Last time I ate there was very nasty. Nobody washed their hands after taking out trash.Thanks

We usually patronize the Florence store even though it's farther to drive, but we always have the best service at that location. We decided to give this store a try, and right away , there was a red flag. A woman came in missing part of her order and was given a discount on a future purchase, placed my order, and was passed off to a young man to do the toppings which I know I said loud and clear enough to understand but unfortunately I didn't watch him make the sandwiches and were made wrong, the next flag was I asked for mayonnaise on the side which wasn't done so I had to ask again and the woman that originally took my order told another young man to only provide 3 packets for each sandwiche, looking back I should have checked the sandwiches before leaving but didn't think about it being necessary, such a disappointment but not the end of the world we will just go back to the tried and true Florence store.

My order was messed up. The guy there wrote the wrong number on one of my subs. So my girlfriend screamed and cried when there were hot peppers on her sub. I had specifically told the guy taking my order not to put them on there.

First time time going here, very impressed. Expected it to be a lot like other sandwich shops but a lot of the hot sandwich options are cheese steaks which are hard to find a lot of options for at other places and the one me and my partner got was delicious, we got the portabella and I don't think we'll get anything else here for a while because of how tasty it was, definitely a favorite. The service at this location was quick and mostly satisfactory. I do think it's a little bit pricey here but I think the one we got along with most of the hot sandwiches would be worth the price for the size, quantity of ingredients, and quality but maybe not the cold ones, haven't tried the cold ones though so I can't say for sure. Overall I'm very happy and will be going back.Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian sandwich options here
