This place is the most consistent place to eat anywhere in Florence. I've never had a bad meal here, since the pandemic most places are horrible but not here. It's amazing with friendly people fast service and quality is untouched by any other.

I made a big order of 7 subs and they were all terrible. I assigned names to each sandwich, but only 3 had names written on them so we had to open them all to see whose was whose. The cold subs were extremely bland, the lettuce was all brown, and the hot subs were cut so badly that all the filling waa falling out. Never ordering here again.

Great subs but the service was slow it was a full half hour from when we ordered to when we got our subs. They were not super busy as it was not a rush time of day. Just inefficient.

Probably the best sub place around every time I go to Penn station subs are greasy and soggy and subway is just not the same anymore love Jersey Mike’s subs come out perfect every time much love if you haven’t tried get you some jersey

I have celiac disease and the staff cleaned the entire prep area including the deli slicer, changed gloves, got fresh ingredients and were very mindful of cross contamination. I feel so safe eating here! They also had prepackaged gf cookies!! I’m SO grateful they understand and care!!Dietary restrictions: Celiac safe!

Did you know if you don’t tip them they will wait 15 minutes to start your order when there’s nobody else in the restaurant and four employees doing nothing? Wonder how long it’ll take them to realize it’s the business owner’s responsibility to pay them a living wage. Won’t have much of a wage or a job when the business goes elsewhere.
