I went into the store to order because I was somehow unable to successfully use Jimmy John's website online ordering system after trying for 20 minutes. The employees were very helpful and very (freaky) fast. The food was great, including their new (to me) side of garlic pasta salad. The layout of this particular store emphasizes food to go, with a busy drive-thru window. There is a small dining room but not much else in the way of ambience. My experience with this JJ was really good overall, but the JJ website was confusing and often unresponsive.

The rudest staff I have ever seen. At register the kid failed to give us our cups or tell us we grab our chips just walked away. As I went to look at the receipt to see what size our drinks were, the little girl behind the register snatched the receipt out of my hand and proceeded to talk to me like a dog with other customers.. DO NOT GO TO THE JIMMY JOHNS IN UNION…

I came through the drive through and I heard an employee laughing about someone having a miscarriage I saw their name tags their names were Ivy and Isabel in the morning. This is not the type of food place I would enjoy eating at if they are going to laugh at things that are very inappropriate and very rude and offensive. I do not respect those people whatsoever. I just wanted to enjoy my food but instead I heard things such as this. I just wanted to get my food and have a great day.

I recommend the Turkey Little John - just the right size for me…. add provolone w lettuce, tomato, mayo, add free cucumber, sliced pickles, Jimmy’s peppers, oil & vinegar, oregano. My order today literally was brought to my doorstep in 5 minutes after pressing “order now”. That is impressive and a tasty, fresh lunch!❤️
