Very cold environment & food. Employees will walk past customers who are waiting at the counter to place an order. We dined in & watched it happen the entire time. Customers aren't acknowledged even as the employees pass the counter. We saw several customers walk out because of it.

The corn was shriveled and dry and I got charged for a donation they never asked me to do. In my opinion, the chicken sandwiches and the mashed potatoes are the absolute best things to get at this location. And their chicken tenders are scrawny, so get the sandwich instead. They put a much bigger piece of chicken on the bun.
I always enjoy stopping as I pass through Florence.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a pot pie and side of Mac and cheese. Two items that require a fork to eat and was given no fork or napkins in my bag. The pot pie was overcooked.

For better food taste and quality you guys should change the oil more often! That’s my only complaint about this restaurant.
Piss poor experience. Ordered 11 wraps for my family for dinner 7 Mac & cheese, 2 spicy Mac & Cheese and 2 Honey BBQ. We ended up getting home and going to eat our food and we ended up with only 9 wraps. They gave us 2 spicy slaw instead of spicy Mac, Only 1 honey BBQ and all of the regular mac had slaw on them with the Mac so we wasted almost $30 for us to eat none. Then tried calling twice because we live 25 minutes away and it went to a fax machine, so we tried to call today and long behold it did the same thing.

This place is probably the worst kfc you can order from. The customer service is terrible and full of kids who don’t care about anything. They always give you cold and dry chicken like it’s been sitting for days. And they never seem to get any order right. I sat in the lobby and watched 3 different people come in from the drive thru complaining about their orders. Meanwhile the staff is laughing about it in the back. Go somewhere else!!!

The chicken was so greasy it looks like it was burned. It was all dry hardly any meat in it no Coleslaw Everything was just nasty. Couldn't eat it was that bad. It was bad last year. I thought i'd give it another chance. But it was worse this year. It looks like it was sitting all day. I will not be going back to this place ever againIcouldn't go back. I just had surgery. So I had somebody pick it up for me. I spent over fifty dollars
