You thank people could get the order straight. My second time at this location. I will never be back keep your burnt chicken.
Tenders were hard, cold and over priced, I'll fry my chicken at home. Col. Sanders has to be turning over in his. You folks are making a joke of his empire!

Nice KFC restaurant with one of the best KFC chicken i ever tasted. The restaurant was clean and the ambience was great. I came 8000 miles from my home country ( Kuwait ) to eat KFC in Kentucky state and i was glad that i came to this particular restaurant.

I placed my order through the app about 5:40pm tonight and then proceed to the drive thru when my order was ready at 5:50pm. I was rudely informed by the drive thru worker that I had to come inside to pick it up. This seems really inconvenient and I won’t be using the app to order again because of this. When I walked in the door, there were 2 customers who had already placed orders waiting for their food, and 2 employees behind the counter working out an employee purchase. No one greeted me, or spoke to me at all actually. As soon as the employees were done, they walked away from the register, one of them towards the back and the other to the drive thru to continue taking orders. My order was placed in the behind the counter pick up order area about 2 minutes after I walked in the door. I continued to stand there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come back up to the counter. When a very nice line cook handed the last of the 2 customers his order, I approached him and asked if my order was in the pick up area. He quickly handed me my order while the rude drive thru lady shouted from across the room “Is that for Ashley??” as I walked out the door. Very poor customer service as well as very poor quality of food. Our chicken looked like it had been kicked under the fryer and then fried in old oil. It tasted like it too and was dripping with grease. I am very disappointed I choose to spend my money here. I will be going elsewhere the next time I want fried chicken.

The Mac and cheese looks halfway dried up, the drink station was a hot mess, and the restroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned for a week or so.
A solid KFC. When they are open everything is usually awesome, but they've been plagued with staffing issues the last year or so, which means the dine-in seating isn't open reliably.

I like the chicken, but stay away from the mashed potatoes and gravy. The other sides are good. The store is okay. The workers are overwhelmed at times, but I think they have some downtime. There are probably enough employees 90 percent of the time.

Food was hot, service was good. Plates are no longer available which was a bummer, and we didn't receive any napkins in our bag. Our total on the order seemed incredibly high, so we asked for a receipt and was told the machine was down. I'm planning to stop back in and look specifically at the prices of what we ordered.

Moved it to 3 stars due to the fact the last 2 times I went thru the drive thru on my lunchbreak, I had to wait 15 minutes just for a chicken sandwich. Yes it was nice that it was fresh, but I am on lunch and when I was told it would on be 8 minutes, it turned to 15 minutes each time.

WOW!! if I could give them 10 stars ?, I would! This is absolutely the cleanest KFC ? I've been to in a very long time! I travel the world ? and have seen a whole lot of them. The people were super friendly, and the marketing was on point, but most of all, the chicken ? nuggets were on "FIRE." (That means they were undoubtedly, extraordinarily, exceptionally tasty, my good fellow). I'm going back to get some more today!Parking: The parking lot was even clean!
