Harassment In the parking lot because no one could get my order right.theb dealing with that I was there because the mobil ordering wasn't right. U would be safer to go to a location in a better area I live here and won't be back thank you not coming again 4 trys with this location In I would rather order Domino's or wait 2hr at the Erlanger location needless to say won't be back.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely nothing

Longest wait for pizza I ever had first time ordered was a half hour wait to find out food was cold and not even right got a credit went to get it was told I had to wait an hour and forty five minutes and then ordered again a 2nd time and had to wait an hour don't recommend if going into store to order would give half star if i could

Walked in to hear some trashy female employee screaming her head off about how other staff didn’t do their jobs correctly and she screamed and hollered the entire 10 minutes that I was inside this business. Then I was informed that it would be a 25 minute wait for an item that’s supposed to be hot and ready at the hours that I came in. Didn’t spend a dime here and I never will. Absolutely pathetic.
I typically really hate leaving negative reviews, but I am really displeased with my order this time. First of all it wasn't even correct but could have dealt with it had the dough on the pizza been cooked. But it was raw, the whole thing was raw and the cheese wasn't even melted. I live 25 to 30 minutes from the location and had to drive back up there with a pizza that my family could not even eat. I won't be doing business at this location anymore.
