Dave Mardis did a wonderful job catering our reception. The food was delicious. He even took care of our little guests by having chicken strips for them. A nice bonus. Overall a great value - high quality food at a fair price! We will definitely use Dave again.

This is my first review and I never do this but I am upset. I just called to confirm a tasting that I coordinated with the company weeks prior and they didn’t answer the day I first called so I called on a Saturday afternoon about our Sunday tasting. I was cut off before I could even say my name to him screaming “bad timing bad timing bad timing!” “I have 3 weddings today” and cut the conversation off and said “I’ll call you next week” before I could even say my name to confirm the tasting for the next day. I understand you are busy on Saturdays but I called on a Friday with no answer and I did not leave a message because I figured I could call another time to confirm. It was so different from the first conversation I had with the man i assume is in charge. When I first called the company he was originally nice but I will not be using this catering company due to the unprofessional nature of that phone call.

They absolutely killed it at our wedding. Food was great, the caterer was proud of their food, he was a super nice guy, and they really went above and beyond overall to ensure our night was phenomenal.
