The robot ordering at this location in the drive-thru is ALWAYS problematic. However, when we went INSIDE as an alternative-- that was even worse!The staff we do interact with our usually kind, but the lack of anyone even acknowledging us inside for a good 15 minutes us just unacceptable.

Ordered delivery two days ago and spent 40$ on two big Mac meals they forgot straws, ketchup and napkins then the next day after that order delivery again and they forgot our frys and straws. ..not making the same mistake thrice.

The two stars for service is for whoever runs the cash register in the window, he’s super nice. Everything else sucks.I have now gone back through TWICE because the first time my iced caramel macchiato was straight milk, even the guy at the window said “yeah there doesn’t look like there is any coffee in that” and the new one they gave me is HOT with the ice melting at the top, so now I’m having to go INSIDE for a THIRD one. Lunch and dinner is fine, but breakfast sucks. And the teens they have working are obviously spiteful. Mad because I came back through to fix something I PAID for? Train your people better and fix their attitudes. Or don’t hire teens.

This McDonalds is always under staffed. Service is slow. The same group of senior citizens hang out inside daily. You'll get hit up for money in the parking lot by a bum or crack head.
