Went there and informed them I’d be patient and wait for fresh hot food. Waited 8 minutes to get stale cold food. Went back and the manager wants to argue with me about how fresh my food was, very unprofessional and oblivious. Got part of my order and the nuggets are still cold and served with a busted condiment cup as shown in the picture. Horrible experience, horrible staff, horrible food.

Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. Placed a mobile order and waited almost 20 minutes to get to the second window, just to be told our food wasn’t ready yet. Then when we get handed the food we figured since the fries were hot they were fresh. They were stale like they had been dropped back in the fryer to be heated back up after sitting under a heat lamp. Cherry on top was neither of my sandwiches were right. Complete opposite of what I ordered.

Stopped on my lunch break so I didn't have time to sit down and eat but it was very fast. I think I was waited maybe 5 minutes maximum. Felt like I was there. Maybe 4 minutes. My order was taken by a AI. I didn't have to repeat myself. Everything was correct. Ly displayed on the screen and the drive-through attendance who handed me my food. We're very friendly and quick or like I can say is good job. Thank you and the food is great

Came through the drive threw, and I got some fries a few minutes ago. Asked for my recpeit, and the guy shut the window in my face.My fries were pretty cold and terrible. And to top it off. I didn't even want fries. I wanted a mcflurry. But of course, it's not working.Pretty terrible experience. You'd think you could at least get good fries, but you'd be wrong.

Ordered the Kerwin Frost Big Box on the inside kiosk. Employee calls out my order, but it was in a bag. Told her I ordered the box to which she replies we don't have any more boxes. I looked inside the bag to see if the figure was in there and there was no figure. I asked if they were out of the figures as well, and she replied yes, we're out of both. There was no apology or offering of price difference.On a positive note the food came out fast and hot.
