I ordered online, and I ordered wrong. By the time I got home I noticed I made a mistake in my order. I called them back to see if I could bring the food back and have it remade and I was told no, but I could buy something else with a discount. I’m a manager at a store. If someone was honest with me and offered to bring the food back just for a remake because ACCIDENTS HAPPEN, I’d more than happily oblige. I’ll never buy from here again. Again I know it was a mistake on my end, but some understanding in this situation would have went a long way, instead of trying to push more money out of me over a simple mistake. Terrible customer service.

Really fast Chinese for Sunday lunch.The food has moderate flavor. Adding some chili sauce helped. Even the spicy chicken was just ok. The star of the show was the steamed vegetables.It's line style service.

Lunch today at Panda Express was a joke. My beef and broccoli was cold and I got almost all rice. My son ordered and did not even get one of his items he ordered. They are more worried about online orders than people standing in front of them. They must have gotten a delivery that was stacked by the drink station taking up tables. I paid $11.80 for my meal and felt cheated. My son's was more than that and also felt cheated. Suggestion: do not visit this Panda Express.

My boyfriend and I grabbed dinner to-go last night. Addison was the manager on duty and he was so pleasant and kind not only to us, but to all other customers. All the employees were in a great mood and it actually boosted my mood as well! The food and portions were great and I am so impressed with how kind everyone was! Can’t wait to return to this location.
