Ordered the new New York style pepperoni pizza. what I got is NOT a new york style pizza. It's just a large pizza stretched to a xl. Stretching caused holes in the crust under the cheese. It was super bland and the only thing with any taste was the little bit of sauce and the pepperoni. I usually enjoy papa John's, But this was underwhelming and to be honest, horrible. Totally out of character for this place.

Make sure if you order hoagies.. You check your order before leaving. 1 pizza sauce hoagie & 1 mushroom sauce hoagie does NOT mean 2 pizza sauce hoagies. Had difficulty with the other location before this one where the employee couldn't get the order after 5x of telling him at Turfway & Dixie.

Look PJs isn't great to begin with... But then they screw up my order and I get two lukewarm pizzas that are dried out and the crust is undercooked, dense and even hard. I complained through the website and was told I would be given a credit for a future order but to use it I had to call the store to order and tell them I had the credit... Cuz it must be 1996 again. I responded to the email asking for a refund or for the credit to be usable via the website or app. They have not responded. I have purchased thousands of pizzas from PJs over the years, and I've had issues before but their customer service has always been responsive and helpful. Not this time, I won't order from here again. I'm done with this particular corporate overlord.

We've ordered pizza three or 4 different times from this store in Florence and we ALWAYS order extra butter sauces at 0.50 cents a pop that adds up! We never receive the extras. 1 large pizza and a cookie plus sauces $34+ dollars! They're Ripping people off 1 sauce cup at a time. Tonight, they wanted us to wait 45+ minutes for someone to bring us sauce cups while our pizza sits and gets cold. Offered to comp us the price of the sauce cups. It's not just one time, this happens with them a lot!! The customer service there sucks in a major way and when we called the manager on shift (Kim) got into screaming match with my husband! Not Cool! He's 60yrs old he don't need that!!

Pizza cheese and sauce slid off half the pizza and was COLD. Her response was uncaring, but took a picture. The employees don't pay attention to orders. They mess the food up. I had a replacement and they never brought it. Said they were bringing it and 20 minutes later, still nothing. We are only 5 minutes from the store. Manager said the driver just left the store when I called and still no delivery.
