Don’t try calling. The phone rings off the hook and no one picks up.The Worst Service. If there is an award for Worst management is to be given I’ll suggest this company’s name. These i***** don’t deserve Ratings also. All want to get some pizza for my child after along day at work. The staff had me on hold for 30min to hrs long. I am not the person to do a review but I had too.

Pizza hut has sadly gone to the dumps, the food is terrible and the quality in general has gone downhill the pizza sauce just taste really weird. almost like they had changed the recepie or somthing. Dosent give you old nostalgic pizza hut, i think those days are over sadly. I spent nearly 60 bucks and feel like i wasted my money. However the best thing about this place was the service they were extremely polite and helpful. Here is a tip just don't spend anything over 25 bucks and you should be fine at least if the food sucks you haven't paid alot of money for it. Bringing down the food quality, and raising the prices. What shame pizza hut, What a shame.

Ordered a deluxe pan pizza. The crust was definitely not pan and when I called to complain, I had to talk to several people. The woman who made it even insisted it was was pan. It wasn't!

Me and my fiance and our 2yr old stopped in to eat. The staff was extremly courteous. The food was hot and fresh. And it was an excellent experience all around! I will deffinately order from this location again!1

Best Pizza Hut pizza we've ever had! Eaten at PH all over the USA and this one, by far, makes the best pizza. Fresh, toppings were perfect, and service was friendly. Well done!

I was in and out in a less than a minute. Have no idea what the atmosphere would beParking: Parking spots were short. had to take 3 to fit pickup truck in so I was not sticking out in the way of through traffic

Walked in for my online order and no one greeted me they just looked at me and went with what they was doing. Didn't ask if they could help me. Didn't ask if I had a order to pick up. I sat down because I knew my order wasn't ready. They didn't even ask what order I was waiting for! Never coming to this pizza hut again!

Over 4 hours to get my pizza and Katie at the store hung up on me twice when questioning where my food was going to show. Had to go in and have them make it after 4 hours of waiting.
I am a RGM in Louisville and my niece thanks its the coolest ever. So I was able to be even cooler and order online and have a surprise favorite pizza ? available for her. Thank you to the team they kept my cool status

I ordered for delivery and after an hour and watching the delivery tracker, I decided to call since the pizza hadn't showed up. I could se that they switched drivers and I waited some more after receiving a text saying to expect delivery within the next 15 minutes. A few minutes went by when I checked the tracker only to find out that the order was cancelled. I have still not received a phone call with an explanation.

This pizza hut is absolutely awesome. I come here all the time even tho there is a pizza hut closer to my house I still choose to only order from this pizza hut on mall rd in Florence because it's the best! Since this location is a bit farther from my house they don't deliver in my area so I pick up when I order but I actually don't mind that because the food is not the only great thing here, the ppl working here are very nice and respectful. I would definitely recommend this pizza hut location!!

I ordered a large PEPPERONI stuffed crust & it was poorly done. It hardly had any pepperoni, I tried contacting them but no answer their phones apparently don’t work.
