THE MOST HORRIBLE POPEYES EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Staff was all young. The Cashier wasn't paying any attention to what the customer was ordering or what he was doing on the register. My first order was wrong. And my second order was burnt. The staff was laughing at the fact they were messing peoples orders up. While i waited to get my food 4 people had to get their orders fixed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered $95.00 of food on the app. I never received my order and the manager refused to give me food or a refund. Contacted corporate and they told me it was the store! Horrible experience!!!! Carla the manager should not work at any place dealing with the public

Just not rightI ordered on the app and my food just seems thrown together. I arrived and the chicken strips were so slim I thought it was just breading. Next why would they put it in a huge box ???? Next there was no receipt or name on the bag so who knows looked inside with their covid germy hands. Oh and why is the bag open oh too why is the huge box upside down so as soon as you grab it it falls out??? Oh oh why are the strips just as cold as my drink??? Well I won't be back ill starve til the next truck stop. The place was really clean though but they forgot to stock the lids for the cups and straws oh also who needs sauce anyway they want me to choke on it right. Good luck ordering in this slow line theyll be closed by the time your order is ready. I guess everything else was ok.

I don’t have any complaints about the food or the regular employees but the they definitely need more help and better managers because I stood at the front counter for about 5mins before one of the employees acknowledged me but the manager was right at the register messing with it and didn’t even look at me and then just walks away when he was done. Also I don’t know if it was an employee or a cook but he had a nicer Popeyes button up shirt on and I literally watched him hide in the back of the subway part on his phone because customers started walking in so I will definitely not be coming back here.

Stopped on Friday Feb 23rd, 2024 sometime between 4:30 and 5; was driving home to L'burg, Indiana from Lexington. Drive thru was closed, no explanation given, but the employee apologize and called me "sir", so I guess there's that.Line was to the door (Subway next to it had 2 people in line lol), but they had 4-5 employees working, so line wasn't so slow. I did notice that none of the employees had piercings or visible tattoos. That's always a positive. I did hear one employee in the cook area let out a good belch. I mean, I understand the employees are human, but ya gotta keep that to yourself, ya know?I got the spicy flounder (good quality fish for fast food) with red bean and rice (very good) + mac n cheese to go. I had a half hour drive home, but I only had to microwave it for like 15 seconds, and it was hot and was very good, so I know it was hot when first served. ($16.09 total)It's a gas station fast food place. What do people expect? Overall, this is a good review. I've paid more for worse food.
