Overall all it was just ok. The atmosphere was fine no one really greeted you as you came in. A skinny is 6” that I decided to get. I chose the chicken club. The first person ask you which bread and then toast it. The other person adds toppings and you’re all set. I will say in comparison to other sandwich shops I like being able to see my toppings before picking them I didn’t really have the option to see the toppings.The sandwich really was nothing special. It did taste a little better when I added vinaigrette sauce to it but the flatbread was more than toasted it was a little burnt the bacon was burnt and the flavor just wasn’t anything special. Personally, I’ll probably stick with Subway in the long run.

I use to come in this restaurant a lot last year, but every time that I went in there, I always had great service from them. The manager was always nice too. The food that I usually ate was delicious and I enjoyed it a lot. The restaurant was always clean and well kept too. I am hoping to come back there to eat this year, once I am back in Florence again.

First impression. My goto sandwich shop for sure. Hands down the best.Wheelchair accessibility: My power chair fit through the line but it was tight. Some of the tables had large pedestal style bottoms that my power chair would not fit. I made it work to the best of my ability.

They have the best sub sandwiches I’ve ever had and they’re not shy with the meat they’re better than Subway. They have the best soups, I don’t eat Subway anymore. And Mary the manager she is the sweetest.

Pretty disappointed honestly. I haven't done a yelp review in probably 10 years but felt compelled to after eating here. I ordered "A Wreck" sandwich, which has about 4 or 5 different meats on it. I also asked for lettuce, onions and pickles with deli mustard. Open my sandwich and there is no pickles, but there is tomato. Pretty confusing since it's written right on the bag what I wanted on the sandwich. No big deal, just took the tomato off. Unfortunately it really never got better from there. I actually had to look to see that there was in fact 5 different meats. The slices are razor thin and you get precisely 1 of each of them. The deli mustard must have exploded when being put on my sandwich, the last 1/4 I just threw away there was so much in it. Aside from the copious amount of deli mustard all you got for flavor was bread. Used the restroom as I was leaving to wash my hands of all the mustard and it smelled like a busy pub on a hot summer day on spring break.
Stopped by today to get lunch with my family- food was good, but service was terrible. I’ve never been to a restaurant where everyone behind the counter gives off the energy of hating their job and everyone that enters. The cashier had the worst attitude of all.

I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I had a gift card that I was given is only why I decided to try it. Boy will I definitely go back. The Broccoli Chatter sout was amazing. You have to try this place.
Very impressed. They didn't add any of the toppings I ordered on one of the sandwiches at first but I called and got it replaced free of charge and the employees were very kind about the interaction. The bread was my favorite part of the sandwich, it is so delicious and is much different from most other sandwich places in the area. I honestly didn't expect them to be warm at first because sometimes I'm a little unsure of hot sandwiches like this but it was very good and all the ingredients went together nicely.

Me and the family stopped by here on the way back from Cincinnati due to a traffic jam, and it was a nice place!I got the Italian and got almost every topping on it with a drink, and it was around $11 or so. As far as sub places go, it's definitely better than Subway, and probably better than Jimmy John's.I wish they had one in Lexington!
