I purchased the membership for access to the cafe. Upon arrival, there is no working ice cream, no pretzels, 40 min wait for hotdogs, no silverware, and woman would not give me a water cup. Will not renew

The Optical Center located within Sam's Club in Florence Kentucky has been THE BEST office that I have found locally over the past 20 years. I have been prescribed and I have ordered: contacts, progressive lenses, frames, and sunglasses too. I have been very very happy with the professionalism and with the selection of eye products available. I highly recommend that you try this office for your optical needs!

Pretty awful. Finding good employees is very difficult these days and Sam's is not immune. I stopped by for an all-beef hot dog yesterday (it's good) and they were out of relish and when I told the guy behind the counter he just put up his arms like "whatever". When I was there last week they ran out of every soft drink. When I told what I think was the manager behind the counter she couldn't have cared less. Nobody cleans the tables.They make Costco look like a really good option.

Terrible customer service. I received a $100 gift card in the mail from my sister for my birthday and when it arrived I called to make sure it was activated in case it was a card that you have to manually activate. It stated the card was inactive and still wouldn’t let me activate it so I went up there tonight around 5:45pm and went to membership services to see if they could help. She didn’t seem very welcoming or willing to help to begin with so I told her my problem and she stated “you can’t buy those gift cards online so it wouldn’t of came in the mail” I said well it came in the mail and here I am holding it lol I realized quick she was going to be no help so I said can you please just run my card and check it to see what it says . She does with an attitude and gave it back “yes it is inactive” I’m like ok sooo ???? I have the email of my order what can I do? When I call it’s telling me to come into a store ? I just walked away because she was very rude and no help. If this was you (reddish/brown hair female with glasses/ large in stature) I am sorry if I bothered you today ! also thanks for accusing me of lying because CLEARLY you can buy gift cards online through the sams app! I ended up calling the back of the gift card multiple times and eventually transferred to another line after 45 minutes on the phone and them being able to see the order they don’t know why it is stating it is inactive and should have $100 in funds on there. so hopefully the issue will be resolved by tomorrow. i tried calling to the store directly also about my visit and nobody at the membership/ customer service desk was answering . She probably didn't want to answer phones either ??‍♀️

Every time I go around lunch time they are sold out of Rotisserie chicken! They need to limit customers on how many they can get! I’ve been twice on my lunch break this week! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE THERE! I’ve finally got ahold of someone in the bakery department today they said they put 11 out but can’t hold it! I left work right after talking with someone and they were already gone! Wasted my break n gas! Got some from Krogers instead! They hold them for u! So mad! Bad customer service! Answer your phones more!

There are literally no carts inside EVERY TIME I go there. Just yesterday there were no carts (again) and customers were walking all the way to the other side of the parking lot to get one, and there were about 200 carts over there. Do better!!

It's hit or miss with this store on what they have. They will help you if you need it. I suggest getting a cart from the parking lot.

This place has lowered its standard year after year, customer service has always been horrible but I would guess that as soon as Costco opened they just got in to a dive and haven't recovered. I know that due to Covid there's shortages all around but as you can see in the photos that I attached it looked as if we where in Full Pandemic Mode. Everything in the poultry area looked just deserted. I went in because this day Costco was already closed and I needed something for work so I had to go, my membership wasnt even active which can give you an idea of how long I haven't gone to this place, luckily my mother in law who is visiting was with us and she had hers because I wouldn't pay to activate my membership for a one time stop nor for the 5 things which Sam's has and Costco doesn't.

I love the store but I hate the pushy sales people that they let roam their sales floor. If I wanted a different phone plan I'd go find it myself, leave me alone.

Horrible experience with online customer service. We had to cancel our membership due to having less employees (and therefore not being able to spare them to go get supplies) and it has been incredibly hard to cancel our membership. Along with their being unauthorized charges.
