Always good. This location is always busy right in the mist of the main shopping area on mall road in Florence, Kentucky. The service is is always pleasant and the staff is friendly. The only complaint about this location is accessible of the drive through one has to circle the building and the went existing it is only a one way turn which will take you away from the shopping centers in the area.
Not a big fan of all the sugary stuff, but I have to say the service is on par. I must also say, please respect the baristas. I am tired of the way I see alot of the customers treat those poor employees. If you as a customer can not treat these people with common respect then you should just stay home.

Just a regular Starbucks. Very quick service at this location. I took a drive thru coffee and croissant. They got the order very accurate. The line was moving too fast as well.I deducted 1 star because the entry to the drive thru is very confusing and may cause accident if it’s dark. Otherwise great overallVegetarian options: Butter croissant, tomato mozzarella panini
