Every time I attempt to use the drive-thru in the morning, no one ever answers on the speaker even if I say “hello” or try to get their attention. I’ve waited for 5 minutes with no response before having to drive away each time after getting no answer/service. This has happened at least 5 times now and it’s actually ridiculous. Guarantee the employees are sleeping in the back or just don’t want to answer and be forced to work

Incapable of fully completing an order if their livelihoods depended on it. The absolute incompetence is the only thing consistent about this location. Repeatedly overcharged for missing or sub par food. Taco Bell should close this location permanently.

Dirty inside, 25 minute wait during non busy hours. Staff needs replaced everyone but the manager was either standing still doing nothing or moving at a snails pace. Food wasn't even wrapped all the way, my food was spilling out all over the bag.

Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, if I could give it 0 stars I would. Right off the bat the girl who took my order and handed me my food was very rude, and then when I got home I found out she gave me the wrong food and drink, and what was given to me wasn’t enough for the amount of people I had originally ordered for. Not to mention it was DISGUSTING. The food wasn’t warm, and it was smashed and the wrappers were soggy to the point it leaked through the bag onto the seat of my car. I didn’t even have enough time to go back and have them fix it, and despite being hungry, none of us wanted to eat the food the way it was given to us. There was no way to reimburse me for the money we wasted on cold, smashed food. I hope whoever got what was supposed to be our food enjoys it because in one of us will ever be wasting our money at this taco bell again.** photo is what I think was supposed to be a soft taco **

I go here on my work breaks, I always get exactly what I paid for each time. Only thing is that there are a lot of grumpy old customers throwing tantrums while I'm just trying to watch some YouTube and chill but that ain't nothin. 10 bucks is 10 bucks. 10 bucks well spent.
