Service great, everything was good except my steak which I usually get 2 or 3 times a month it was bonein prime rib should have been called prime fat it was all fat got no meat just fat like I said I eat this 2 or 3 times a month this is the first time this has happened and last as I don't plan on returning

What’s the point of using the texting app if the staff doesn’t know how to use it. We start the process before we get there. Once we wait outside for 15 minutes before getting a text to see hostess. As we are coming in we are told we are “On Deck “. Now to most people that means you’re next. Well not here that means you get to wait an hour before getting a table when you’re texting app says the wait is 30 minutes. The front of house staff is absolutely terrible and rude. What I think is the manager isn’t any better this dude is running around with a deer in the headlights look on his face. Once you get seated you find out you waited all that time just to continue to be disappointed with the food.

The portions were huge. Melinda is an amazing server. She anticipated our needs--we didn't even have to ask. The food was fabulous. It was the most pleasant experience we've ever had. Texas Roadhouse has always been a great experience but this one topped them all.
