I placed an online carry-out order for a rack of ribs, baked beans, & Mac & cheese. Ribs were extremely dry and barely edible. Beans were ok. Mac n cheese was ROTTEN. It was completely spoiled like milk that had turned. It had to have been sitting prepared for days. Around 4pm, only two people at the bar, no one in the restaurant. That's usually a bad sign but I wanted to give them a chance. Wish I hadn't. I wasn't expecting great food. Decent food would not have been disappointing. But ROTTEN food that could make a person sick? That's unacceptable.

Ordered a $5 pulled pork sandwich from the happy hour menu plus a side salad I paid extra for. Server didn't bother to tell me I had to pay full price because I wasn't sitting at the bar area, although it also said "dine-in only." Charged me full price $12.99 for a small sandwich-only. Why include the Happy Hour menu to Dine-In customer tables when they can't even order from it? The apathy for a 'new' server was astounding. Won't be coming back.

Took a few minutes before we were served, BUT when Matt got to us he apologized for the wait & did a GREAT job. Orders were correct, got to us quick, kept drinks full, & followed up a couple times. Polite & friendly. New manager also checked in. Ribs were tender & didn't need sauce to compensate for anything. Sides were good. Restaurant was very clean. Nothing to complain about here. I will go back & do recommend.

Grabbing dinner with my son before work, yes we both work overnight, we decided to have Smokey Bones. I had seen an advertisement for a half rack of ribs for $10, and a whole rack for $15, each with 2 sides. This is a limited-time offer, through February. It was really slow that night and we were seated right away. While it took a few minutes to be acknowledged, once we were seen, all was well. I ordered the half rack of ribs and added a 1/4 BBQ chicken ($15). My son had a new menu item, shrimp and grits ($20). The food arrived after a reasonable wait and was warm and flavorful. Turns out the shrimp and grits were missing the special butter and mushrooms. The staff was quick to fix it and even gave us a minor (10%) discount. Overall, this is a decent chain place for BBQ. It's relatively pedestrian, but sometimes that's all you want. The discount ribs made it a value at $50 including sodas and 20%+ tip.

This restaurant was my first ever visit to any Smokey Bones. I loved it then and still love eating from there now. I ordered takeout, and it was not busy on a late raining Saturday night. I decided to buy the 3 favorites Create Your Own Combo of 2 orders of 4 bone-in wings and ¼ BBQ chicken with fire-roasted corn and wtih broccoli without salt and with Cajun and Mesquite rubs. It came with 2 toasts. So delicious for $24.99. I had a coupon for $10 off $20 order at Smokey Bones so it would have been about the cost of going to Golden Corral (I did not know they were actually open because no one answered their phone).

Amazing service from the servers and managers. Visiting from Los Angeles and had amazing ribs! The new manager was super nice and helpful. I was very pleased with my service and experience. I would come again!

This bonus was such a rip off. $10 has to be used by December 21 and can use only 1 card per visit. I wanted 8 $25 gift cards but I can't eat there 8 times in less than a month. They know your going to spend $50 to save 10. I hate to be deceived.

A big wow to smokey bones Florence the food was great. I had a full slab St. Louis ribs and it was awesome falls out the bone barbecue sauce was awesome. The banana pudding was awesome very very good 10/10.our waitress lynn was very friendly and fast didn’t have to wait for a long time like other places come visit Florence Smokey bones u won’t be disappointed

There's always room for dessert; so I'll start there :c) sadly they ran out of cornbread and were unable to make the Strawberry Shortcake Sundar which was disappointing. I opted for the Strawberry Cheesecake which was not good at all. They place strawberry concentrate on the plate then place the cheesecake atop of that; sadly the crust sops up the concentrate making the base of the cheesecake soggy; additionally they do not place fresh strawberries like the menu photo, they use frozen or from concentrate so presentation wise does not look good. The crust was also dry and the cheesecake very thick, didn't have the creamy cheesecake texture one would expect. Now that we have gotten dessert out of the way. The sweet tea is just that lol sweet, so if you are not a fan of sweet sweet sweet, ask for them to make it half and half (they'll know what it means) essentially they will blend half of their sweet tea with unsweetened tea and you'll be all set with a perfect blend of a nice sweet iced tea. I had the brisket which was delicious, I was pleasantly surprised to see that their brisket did not have a lot of fatty parts so I was very happy about that. I opted for the Mac n. cheese as the side, which was good with the right amount of crunch and crust on top, could have done with a little more kick and spice but good nonetheless. Server was warm and welcoming and provided sufficient time to review the menu.
