I got the chicken hibachi to go. It's tasty and good for the price!The rice was very good and the chicken had a yummy garlic taste. The yum yum sauce was too sweet for my tastes but the food tasted good without it. I enjoyed the food

AYCE is so regulated and here is not a buffet style (leftovers are not allowed to go)The woman who sat behind the counter was watching all the diners with a scowl, making sure they were not sharing. I had read the reviews. Lots of negative reviews during the week. I landed there as it was the only place open on Easter late in the day.Do not order the hibachi rice as it will fill you up. Just order the steak and shrimp (5 pcs) for the hibachi portion.I ordered the tuna demon roll and spicy tuna roll. I ordered Inari and tuna sashimi. 1 pc each. Gyoza 4 pc and zucchini 3 slices.CAUTION!!! Per previous reviews, do not order anything with smoked salmon. A grayish color is not smoked, but salmon gone bad. Look at how reddish pink smoked salmon is in the store. Never GRAY!!! I also recommend sniffing your food before you put it in your mouth.They prescribe to NO FOOD WASTE PRINCIPLE but do not explain that you cannot leave more than 5 pc of sushi roll on plate and make you eat it until you have 5 pcs left (GAG!) I mean they don't force you but the woman is WATCHING YOU!!! She is very abrupt, rude, and has a snippy attitude that just dampens the dining experience.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ IVAN was my server. A jovial guy who is attending college during the week and only works here on the weekends. Please ASK for IVAN to be your server. And tip him generouslyI did show him the weeks reviews on GOOGLE and he was not scheduled for work on bad review days.

I've been here multiple times and it's a family favorite, my and my cousin go almost once a week lol, compared to other places they have great prices to you can get a whole meal that fills you up for 15 bucks. The robots are cool too.

One of the best places to get a quick bite to eat for lunch or a nice sit down dinner with family and friends. That staff is so friendly and the food is so so good. Quick service and reasonably priced food. I 10/10 recommend coming to this restaurant! I recommend trying to Volcano Roll. I ate most of my food so fast I forgot to take pictures for the review lol

DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be treated poorly and disrespected by not only the employees but the OWNER herself. What a joke. My family and I would come here once a week and we got the same thing every time. We got our receipt and noticed there was “18% gratuity” added onto the bill.. keep in mind, this has never been on the check before, and it posted nowhere in the restaurant. My husband politely asked about it, and the owner proceeded to tell us, it is because we “don’t tip”. Nonsense. We have never NOT tipped there. We tip based on the service we were provided. And, the service that was provided was absolute trash. We waited 5+ minutes to be greeted, just to be greeted by.. “Drink?” No hello, nothing. Waited at least 25 mins for our food to come out when it was the most simple dishes that could be prepared in less than 10. It would be a different story if they were busy, but there was only a single 2 top that were dining in as well. They take favoritism in the customers. The way the owner greeted and took care of the table across from us, was completely different in how she treated my family. Unacceptable! Just because, we did not tip them “as good as they would have liked” they added it to the bill without letting us know beforehand. Want a better tip? Be not only a server and a better person in general. Will not go here again.

I can't comment on the food, only the very uncomfortable service that ultimately made us decide to leave.When we walked in there was only one other customer sitting at a table. We were seated and given a chance to look at the menu, but we were interested in the all you can eat option because, hey, we love food and want to try some good stuff.The discomfort started when service came over to ask what we would like, and this is where my husband inquired about the all you can eat menu. He didn't even FINISH asking the question before she abruptly turned away from us. This left us like, Hmm, okay then. Not a huge deal, but still off-putting. When she came back, it was with one single piece of paper. No instructions, no, "here's how to order," just another very abrupt "NO SHARING" barked at us, and then she left.After ten minutes of looking at the menu and trying to figure out how it works-do we put our first initial by what we want? Do we pick from each category? Do we get another paper after this for additional rolls, or do you just get to try one and that's it? These are all questions we asked and did not get answers to at all when service came back. I don't know if she didn't understand, which is understandable to an extent, but you should be able to explain a menu to customers, bare minimum. A, "Have you been here before? No? Let me show you how this works," would have gone a long way. After her unwillingness, or whatever the hell you want to call it, to explain or give any help other than a nod or a "yeah", it just left a bad taste in our mouth. It was just the way she was acting toward us too, like it was an inconvenience to her that we were there.I've seen a few other reviews that had mentioned the weird uncomfortable atmosphere. Maybe we went too early and needed a different server?it's a shame, because we were really excited to try the food, but the service we got made us so uncomfy we left. MAYBE we will go again when there could be someone else waiting on us, but that was so off-putting that we just no longer wanted to stay there or spend our money there.

We stopped in one day on a whim, what an amazing find! Literally the best sushi I have ever had.. and at an amazing price. The service is good. The atmosphere is nice. Parking is plentiful. The building is easily accessible from the road.

As an avid sushi lover, I can officially say I have found the worst sushi in Northern Kentucky. I took one bite of my Philly Roll and spit it out to find the salmon to be as pictured...?IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS POOR EXCUSE FOR BAD SALMON...."We are sorry to hear about your bad experience. The salmon in the Philadelphia roll is smoked salmon, not regular salmon, thus why it looks as is. If you’d like regular salmon, feel free to let us know next time if you order again."Once again... I am an avid sushi lover and have Philly Rolls atleast 1-2 times a month from various local establishments. I know what smoked salmon looks like as well as the texture. Smoked salmon is not grey in color and does not have a chewy consistency....let's be honest, this salmon was bad and you chose to serve it. Instead of making excuses for your poor service, try to make it right.

Found this little place on Mall Road in Florence. The food is very good. They have a robot that brings your meal to your table! The service was good, but not great. We got crab rangoons and we each ordered chicken hibachi. The restaurant seemed as if it was missing some tables and chairs. Very open. We will return.

We finally tried this place yesterday for the first time. We got a sushi roll to share at first and it was really good! I got the Hibachi chicken and my boyfriend got the Udon noodles with chicken. They were both delicious and came out so fast. The salad and onion soup were SO GOOD, probably one of the best soups I’ve tasted. We both had to get a box to go because it’s a lot of food! Our waiter was so nice and friendly too and he made the experience even better! I would definitely recommend this place.
