On Google Maps it says it's open, but we're out here and it has a piece of paper on the door that says closed. We are even worried about knowing if something is happening inside there.

Great location! Very cute and clean dine in option close to the mall in Florence. You can sample any of the soups before placing your order, to get exactly what you want. We got the pick two option - the tomato mozzarella toasted sandwich was amazing and went well with the Spicy crab and rice soup. The two ladies working were very knowledgeable and polite. We’ll definitely be back. Yum!

1st time customer. They were not busy placed an order Togo. Waited 20 minutes. My soup was very cold and the cheese sandwich was not even melted bread was toasted and cheese on the outside melted but inside was cold like it was just out on.My guest got the Mac and lobster bisq and only got the bisq as well as very cold.Also person doing the sandwiches has a very bad attitude. I'm sure she had a rough rush. But not very professional about her mannerism. Only leaving a star because I can't leave the review without it.Won't be back!

How the hell do y’all get away with selling this for $11 ?? I called to get a refund and nobody answered the phone. Bread wasn’t even slightly toasted and the entire center of the vehicle is cold. Keep my $11 cuz I won’t be back.

Had Zoup delivered via Uber eats for lunch today, and let me just say.. even though it is a 20min drive, the food arrived HOT and FRESH! I have always had an amazing experience with Zoup, whether it be delivered, or dine in. Such great food!

i’ve never mobile ordered zoup before and i never will again. portion sizes are literally laughable for the price and they forgot my bread. my family has had zoup catered many times and were very loyal to them because they’ve been great in the past, but the quality has gone down and it is not worth it anymore. better off going to panera to get more bang for your buck.
