They need to season their meat when they cook the steak. I have been here so many times and every time they have this older woman cooking and she is so sweet but she never seasons the beef and it’s super dry.

Food was trash. I felt like I was eating a water sandwich. The onions had no taste, nothing did. It tasted like everything had been soaked in water. The most flavor I got from my order was the ketchup packets for the fries. I wouldn’t dare go back.

Literally stood in line for 30 minutes just for the cashier to say that it’s cash only because she cannot get into the system. How do you have 4 employees but none of them can access the one system used to pay for the service. Trash.

So I normally love eating here but the last 4 times I have tried to order, I have had employees roll their eyes at me, when I tell them I have deadly food allergies and the grill need to be cleaned before my food is made. I have just stop ordering food here. One employee said ‘I bet you really don’t have food allergies. You’re just being difficult. I carry an epi-pen for and medical alert bracelet. So I just walked away, I can’t deal with rude people. Will not be going back to Charley’s ever again.Dietary restrictions: They definitely have an issue with accommodating food allergies and dietary restrictions.

Tried to pick up a door dash order. 7 minutes after the order was supposed to be completed they finally acknowledged me. Told me that they didn’t have my order. I had to wait through door dash’s customer service to get my money back. Staff cannot handle the workload at this location.

Just letting people of color to avoid this location. I sent my husband to pickup food for our family.He was greeted with an attitude.He tells them hes there to pickup my order tells them my name,oh that's not enough we need to see the order #,he shows them,oh no it needs to be the email,okay no problem shows them,and is still hesitant..oh well ???idk? and then made to feel like he is TRYING TO STEAL food and talked down to.My husband steps to the side calls me to inform me of the situation while trying to figure out what the big deal is. A white man steps up instantly greeded.next says the name for Pickup oh hello sir heres your order providing no proof whatsoever of purchase!My husband in shock says why was this man served and not required proof?OH WE KNOW HIM? very unfortunate situation..FT CAMPBELL location do better.
