The cashier has an attitude her name was Ghie .. after she took our order she just left like she never assisted a costumer she even left the cash register open then went back to cooking. I will understand if they were busy but they weren't plus she had help from the cook on cooking the order so I don't understand the rush and attitude she was throwing to us. Bad service also their food was a bit salty.

Almost every time I've been here, I get the chicken bento box. It's a decent price, and the cheapest of the bento boxes. It's not anything exceptionally delicious, but the portions are good and it's very filling.On my most recent visit I was craving shrimp, so I decided to pay more for the shrimp bento box instead, and it was extremely disappointing. The shrimps were the smallest I've ever seen from any restaurant or grocery store, and they barely gave me any to boot. It also didn't help that the shrimps were extremely bland. I tasted more flavor in the white rice they were placed atop.The sushi rolls were equally as disappointing. Luckily the dumplings and salad were still alright, but come on! How are you going to have me pay more for worse portions and worse quality food? If you're going to eat here, just stick to the chicken. They do that well enough, but apparently struggle with other options on their menu.

And who says you can't get an amazing meal in a food court at a mall?! This is located on Fort Campbell KY inside the post Exchange shopping mall. Made to order! Hot and fresh! Quick service. My husband ordered the bento box. Yes they have sushi too! I ordered the teriyaki chicken with steamed rice and veggies The meal was huge and had enough for my lunch the next day!

Ordered through doordash, when the food hot here the bag was completely sealed. I started eating and pulled a staple out of the bite, the first time I ordered from here I had a piece of foil in my food. The food seems ok but bits of inedible stuff being in the food isn’t ok

It's been a good while since I've tasted some amazingly well made, hands down!, Japanese style art of Japanese cuisine made by sensational chefs at Sarku. From the last time, I call a series of courses on how to cook Japanese Food at the front of our very own fingertips but most identifying at a certain given point in Fort Campbell respectfully as I made my way in a new military culture life set here until I came there to follow my own self developments awards recommendations and recognitions of people there making the world a better place and are the best hard working humble respectful honoring persons partaking on the toughest jobs upfront with love ones as they carry to continue and contribute a great deal to our families serving those in the military before, today, and tomorrow.Whenever you find yourself at Fort Campbell TN KY on or off post no matter whom you look as tucked away in a bed far or close away getting up in the morning and have an appeal thought, appetite, just happen to see someone else trying a bite at a California roll on youtube or wish to make your life more than just a view screen from another country set to arrive there as far as your dreams can get you to serve life well with the that purpose out off your bed make your bed care for your love at home, and go and up yourself one day to chance. They changed my life for always the better.To knock on the first door as you walk into the PX doors to the cafeteria on your left and ask if perhaps they have the time to train you to hold a year or 6month set of courses on the way the program can build you up to go on foward to begin a successful chef trusting the authentic Japanese flavors the number one spot to life has for you to take you where your career in any great american culture and state dream to have a sensational transition on training you some skills no one can affort to label or set prices for us all to remember never forget WW2 because we are all the same and bleed the same color.The industry in culinary school has a very special purpose for anyone willing to be a positive thinker and begin with a career field as this one. They starting pay is up most best in the PX in comparison to its self because Sarku Japan and Ming Tree a substantial part of any great business is not only the head shoulders knees and toes or the hands, arms, and legs, nor the body, or neck but the heads left standing however long we go thru a battle at war with any place in the world but to recognize the importance of the ones whom kept you safe, warm, close, clothe themselves in another color just to keep your family supported memorable pure full of faiths and honorably serving no matter what the cost was for us to have your satisfaction as proud as we seek to be respectful, kind, caring, joyful, graceful, and we find a time to thank those who also have a line to protect provide grow and assert the newer generations to be as successful as possible as the ones we grew up in those others persons dreams as well. Thank you to all staffs, members, teams, families, and friends.Keep our families family friendly and save the ones you love for a rain day. For ming tree (sarku japan subsidiary)Order blackened chicken, chicken fried rice, lo mein, orange chicken and spring rolls.It was all luke warm, the spring rolls were almost cold from being out for too long. Food was overall bland, strongest flavor in any of it was the oil they cooked it in.I would love to give it only one star but no one through anything at me.

I've only ate at this place twice but it seems both times I've gotten super sick. While the food taste decent, I definitely got food poisoning. The first time I thought it was just the flu because the season, but a few days ago we tried again and I'm having the same exact stomach pains and non stop diarrhea. Now after reading reviews I see that I shouldn't have got food from here anyways

Ordered online, the location messed up the order and they told me I had to call customer service which of course didn’t answer. So I get to go home with a not so great meal and wait to be called back

Food here has gone downhill o er the past two years and this is the last time I'll ever eat here!! Girl (team lead on her badge) couldn't stop talking! So irritating paying such high price for burnt food!! And they were out of items for the bento box... still charged for the whole box!!! So mad!!
