The food on this food truck is delicious. I got the Spicy Chicken with fried rice, which came with a side of Yum Yum sauce and I requested soy sauce. Which they had! The spice was just right on the chicken-not too spicy yet was so good on a cold day. The two running the truck weee friendly and they worked hard! I could tell they enjoyed what they were doing. I’ll be eating this more often!
This is the best Bowl of Pho I have ever had and like many of you reading this I have traveled and tried many. It is so worth it. If your a civilian with no access to the base, go to the visitor center and get a pass just for this Pho. The attention to detail is amazing. I had a number 7. Phenomenal and the staff are fast too. Oh and BTW, it's only 12$!

This meal was one I will definitely repeat. We ordered 2 Bulgogi lunch platters and some pork fried dumplings. The total was about $35 so not too terrible to be honest. The dumplings were perfect! They were fresh, crisp, not too greasy.....they just needed a dipping sauce. The rice with yum yum sauce, delicious. And it went so well with the carrots and cucumber. Very tasty!
