Braxton Barrel House Brewery • $$

“This has become our go-to destination for great beer, cocktails and fun. The bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly. I'd put the old fashioned cocktail up against any other in the city. When it comes to beer selection, Barrel House always has a great combination of light lagers, sours, IPAs, and stouts. If you're looking for a place to become a regular--this is definitely it!“

Urban Artifact Brewery • $
1660 Blue Rock St, Cincinnati - 7.9 miles

“I’ve hosted events at this venue and had a wonderful experience. Kind and professional staff, great atmosphere. If you like sours, there’s no place that does it like Urban Artifact. They have the best selection with a ton of variety and seasonal options. I’ve yet to try one that I haven’t liked, but Teak is my go-to favorite.“

Streetside Brewery Brewery • $
4003 Eastern Ave, Cincinnati - 8.05 miles

“Love the environment, the setup, menu, TVs, music selection and customer service I received. Although I've only attended a couple of times to dine and have a drink with friends. There was only one major disappointment that saddened me. The prices aren't very budget friendly. To register and participate in the classes/events is WAYY over the top. Theres a way to still make healthy profit and cover costs without charging ridiculous prices. I was very impressed and excited to see the classes and other calendar events they were hosting. The ideas and themes chosen I thought were perfect. I was genuinely excited as a customer who has just joined the community just shy of 3 years ago and ha e been looking forward to finding ways to to meet fellow neighbors but to get involved with my neighborhood and support our local businesses!!“

“Pretty nice little spot. They were out of pretty much all the food at the truck by the time we got there at 8pm on Friday night. The bar staff was amazing. The beer was pretty good too. Nice spot to stop along the way if you're going to multiple bars.“

Bircus Brewing Co. Brewery • $$
322 Elm St, Ludlow - 3.25 miles

“Great pizza and gluten free cauliflower crust options in a wood fired pizza oven! House brewed beers on tap and a local gluten free cider too. House made ginger ale is a must. Full bar with friendly staff. The Miller family has created a warm atmosphere in a historic Ludlow theatre and given life to the neighborhood with Circus Mojo. The show was awesome and the audience was given a chance to learn some moves too. This Saturday performance is perfect for families and friends. A great afternoon date idea as well. It's cool to see the brewery area behind the stage and feel the excitement of the Miller family's hospitality through Circus Arts, Brewed beers, and hand crafted pizza. I learned that Circus Mojo also offers: summer camps, children's classes and adult classes with a complimentary beer! Love it here and will definitely be back to share our experience with family and friends! Paul was hilarious as the Ring Master. You'll laugh and feel like you made a good choice to come.“

Wooden Cask Brewing Company Brewery • $$

“Great selection of drinks. A full menu of at least 15 on tap plus mixed drinks. Beards and bellies also makes good bar food. We always get the bread pudding, the chocolate and caramel are heavenly. The beer cheese and pretzels are also good if you want something more salty than sweet. Good selection of soda for my husband who doesn't drink. Good place for families. Never had to wait for a table like going here in the summer too as there are picnic tables outside. Smoking is allowed. Wheelchair and stroller friendly.“

Fretboard Brewing - Factory 52 Brewery •
2750 Park Ave Suite O, Norwood - 10.06 miles

“A great place to get together with friends and hangout! There are a lot of tables and standing room inside. The outside patio is very nice and comforting! They also have seats around firepit tables for a chilly night. Their beer list is very large! The bartends are very nice and helpful and will provide you with samples if you ask. There is food upstairs for a nice snack! The only complaint I have is the bathrooms. There are only two individual bathrooms which leaves for a rather long line at times. Otherwise a must check out place!“

“Decided to stop here on our trip with our 2 kids, 5 and 3. The staff were all very friendly and the food and beer were great. We used the QR code to order food and drinks from my phone and it worked great. We tried the dill pickle pizza and the kids had chicken tenders and fries, and it was all fantastic. The staff brought our kids a paper with a scavenger hunt on it. It was not easy, even for an adult, but my kids loved it and it gave them something to do. I found myself looking around for the stuff just as much as my kids. The owner ended up helping us find a couple of the items and he was super friendly and talked to us for a bit. I would definitely go back!“

Esoteric Brewing Co. Brewery •
918 E McMillan St, Cincinnati - 6.62 miles

“While visiting my daughter & son-in-law in Cincinnati (from San Diego), they took me to one of their favorite places, Esoteric. It was in the middle of the day on a rainy Friday. It was more of an order and take out kinda day. However, we ate in the restaurant. I ordered the cauliflower, kimchi and a Tequila Tango. The cauliflower was tasty, light and delicious. The kimchi had that little "kick" (spicy) but not too much. The ambience was casual and welcoming. I was here during a previous visit, in the evening and it had a larger crowd I but did not eat food. I would highly recommend this place.“

“Very cool little spot in a “food truck park” on the river. Not busy on a Tuesday night but a cool place with great tap selections. Plus, they have a beer cooler for to-go options. Not a lot of seating inside (two small tables) but it was great and there are picnic tables and seating along the river galore.“

“The outdoor seating at this location looks amazing. I wish it would have been warm enough to take advantage of it. We sat at the bar and ordered a flight of taproom exclusives. They also have the staple Sam Adam's beers you are used to seeing along with a small food menu. The inside has plenty of seating and the service was great!“

Listermann Brewing Company Brewery • $$
1621 Dana Ave, Cincinnati - 8.31 miles

“We had a really fun evening at Listermann Brewing Company's beer and cheese pairing event. The pairing of four of their beers with Urban Stead Cheese Company had been thoughtfully chosen.A representative from both the Listermann and Urban Stead gave us some background on their businesses and then talked a little about each offering. We enjoyed all of the beers, but Chickow!, a Double Brown Ale with Hazelnut, was definitely our favorite. Hubby even bought some cans to bring home!Their restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, so perhaps we'll go back on another day of the week next time to check them out as well.“

“My Mr and I had some time to kill and wanted to grab a drink before the show (at the MegaCorp). We walked by Wooden Cask and with no hesitation, went in. So..it's been YEARS since we've been to the Levee and they definitely revamped this area. More stores, restaurants and libations! They too partake in the Banks atmosphere. Walk around the area with your drinks. This place is very small but has so much to offer. I've been to their original brewery (loved it), I was impressed that they've up their game. Now their serve their craft beers on tap, wine, mock tails, seltzers, bourbon, and food. Their food menu is very small. Flatbreads, wings and sandwiches. We didn't have time to try but I know we will be back. Overall a great experience. The bartenders were cool and pricing was definitely reasonable.“
