This is the second Jersey Mike's location I've been to in the Cincy area and this restaurant similar to their downtown location are very clean and the service is fast. I ordered Mike's cheese steak with Doritos and thought that was a perfect lunch.

I went this past sunday with a couple friends. The only person that would even acknowledge us was the cashier, the two woman making the sandwiches were downright rude and disrespectful. This is not the first bad experience we’ve had. Terrible workers.

First thing, we are Local and never had problems before. I called in my order and the girl answered the phone with 'Hello'? I asked if this was Jersey Mike's. I placed my order and she said 'ok'! I asked how much the order was and she said 'we'll give that to you when you get here'...really? I told her I needed an amount. The phone made a clunking noise, as if she put it on the countertop and it hung up. I called back a 2d time to 'Hello' again and told her that we must have been disconnected. I asked for an amount and she told me but acted flustered when I asked 'how long until I can pick the order up'? She said that 'it only takes a few seconds on the grill'...OMG. This girl, clearly had an attitude. When I got there and told her my name she just had a smirk on her face. I asked if there was a manager and she nodded in the direction of an employee making the subs who shook his head yes. I asked if this was STILL a training store and he shook his head yes. WOW. The manager did call, thank you, but gave excuses like 'she must have been having a bad day' and that there was only the shift leader on duty. She did NOT need to mention that she was the General Manager and the one with the Tattoos and colored hair. I didn't need to know that but maybe this is part of the problem? IDK but we will go to Florence or Newport next time. DO BETTER.

This location is great. Even when they're slammed during Saturday lunch rush the staff is friendly. I like to watch the traffic on Dixie Highway while I chomp. The food is inside.
