Decent coffee shop with Deeper Roots beans so the coffee quality is good most days, depending on the barista. Always a long wait for anything but drip coffee. Food is mediocre, and I say that since the club sandwich I tried was made solely with Sysco Food Service ingredients, tasteless and no texture sandwich bread and pre-sliced lunch meat. With all the outstanding local bread bakers it still baffles me why a sandwich shop doesn't take advantage of a superior product. It would make their food really stand out. The main reason I'm giving 2 stars is due to the customer base being mostly locals and their small children. Seriously, they should change their name to FT Coffee and Day Care. Today 9 unattended children are running around crying and screaming. I get that kids do that, but with so many at once and the privileged and entitled attitude of the parents who aren't concerned about the other patrons, it makes it extremely annoying.

This is a gem located in the heart of Fort Thomas. It's a coffee cafe and serve alcohol. WOW. They have yummy pastries cookies and sandwiches for lunch. They have alcohol coffee drinks for an after dinner treat. Lots of seating and outdoor space and they have a playroom for kids. There is something for everyone

I went here to record a video conference for my school project and I have to say I was very impressed with the privacy and neatness of the conference rooms in the back. The desks were professional and the chairs were very comfortable. Overall, I think the connect center at Fort Thomas coffee is an amazing, quiet atmosphere to have a meeting or study.

We had a family gathering in the meeting rooms in the FTC Business Center and it was wonderful. The staff was awesome and the space is great. Several family members from out of town said they wish there was a place like FTC in their city. We used the big meeting room and the adjacent room together so we had plenty of space for dinner and conversation. I recommend the meeting rooms for business or family or social gatherings. Thanks!
Great place to have a business meeting or a gathering of friends. I rented the small room for a business meeting and it worked great. We had a TV to project our presentation and coffee just outside the door. We also rented the large room as a staging area for a birthday party. Both events were a success. Great place to meet.

I have used the Eagle Room for monthly meetings and it has been wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and it is always clean and organized. The space is quiet even when the coffee shop is full. We will continue to utilize this space when needed.

This coffee shop has been a gem to the community. It offers it all…..from a spot to enjoy a coffee meet up, to conference rooms to host events or just to get work completed or a scene to enjoy a cocktail and listen to local musicians. The staff are delightful and so accommodating. We love FTC!
