I came through the drive thru and ordered two Bacon Kings, one as it comes, and the other plain. The cashier was difficult to understand and somewhat rude. We drove 15 minutes back home and found out that neither of our Bacon Kings had bacon on them.We drove back and politely asked them to remake our order, which they did, but multiple employees in the kitchen began to complain about how they thought it was "a waste of their time" to remake our order. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this Burger King and the lack of courtesy from most of the staff.

Wild that you guys can’t understand simple directions. When a customer ask for a PLAIN cheeseburger, that should make your job 100x easier because you DONT have to add stuff on it that’s NOT listed. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went through the drive-thru not too long ago ordered two Whopper combos with cheese small one with a Coca-Cola one with a high C fruit punch they got both sandwiches wrong neither included cheese they got one drink wrong the Coca-Cola was not a Coke and if it was there's something wrong with their Coke machine also our fries were burnt and heavily salted and I mean like crunchy burnt like no softness on the inside I did not receive a receipt I I called many many times the first time I called the line almost sounded like a modem so I checked the number and called again and now all I get is a busy signal every time I call I've cramps severely so will not be leaving my house to get this corrected but they failed big time if I could give them negative Stars I would how do you leave the cheese off of burgers and what is going on with your Coca-Cola are you guys keeping the fries fresh or just cooking a whole bunch at once and let them burn all day in the warmer and then give them out with heavy heavy salt what is up with that and the fact that I cannot get through to you via phone and sorry that's just poor business and let's not forget I wasn't even giving a receipt

Just picked up breakfast for a few people at the office. The biscuit on my SEC was so hard I had to.peel it off the sandwich and the egg was.brown from being overcooked. I'm shocked they actually wrapped it up and not throw it away when they felt how hard the biscuit was. Sad people would serve it

Every now and then I get a taste for a Whopper. Today was one of those days. And I'm glad I did! This is a great Burger King. Everything was hot and fresh and perfect. Good job to this staff!
