I’ve been here multiple times within the last few months. Each time, the order takers rush me, they don’t repeat the order to make sure it’s correct and then proceed to rush me to pay. This time when visiting, an extra item was added to my bill when I did not want it. That could’ve been avoided if he wasn’t rushing. It’s not feeling like a friendly restaurant anymore.

Ordering in the Drive-Thru is horrendous. The young workers, both male and female, that work there have attitudes, are not in dress code, and seem to have issues with getting orders right. How do you have attitudes on both the outside and inside the drive-thru? Like we wasting your time. You WORK THERE! This seems to be a consistent theme among this particular location. Quality service is going downhill fast
