My go to fast food in the area. It’s nostalgic and reminds me of my childhood and is delicious every time. I get a chicken basket with gravy and it is always hot and presented perfectly. The service is always fast and so friendly. Thank you to the workers ♥️

We (myself, my daughter, and a dear friend) got terribly sick after eating at the Ft. Wright, KY location. It was awful. The food tasted like the grease used to fry the food was extremely old and hadn't been changed. We won't be returning to this location.

For a DQ they do amazing. I have not yet dined in, but have had great service at the drive through. The food has been consistently good quality with relatively quick service. They have been busy every time I have pulled through, but the lady at the drive through always has a smile on her face and is very sweet and professional!

Very rude owner. Waited behind only one car for about 15 minutes then I am only given drinks and owner forgot about my food, which was an honest mistake, but when addressing to the owner he immediately starting being rude and having a very nasty attitude asking to give him my receipt now. Which was not provided to me after they had given my change back. Then when I inform of a mistake with my order he became very annoyed and started telling me I ordered it incorrectly. No sir, you put the order in incorrectly. This would not have been a big deal and I would have paid for another up-charge which I had already done, but the attitude of the owner was unacceptably rude and arrogant. When informed that I did not appreciate his demeanor I was berated even more. Overall the food was mediocre and overpriced and the owners attitude and demeanor was unacceptable and very disrespectful.

They are understaffed, but I have never seen three people work as hard as this crew did. They kept the lines going, there was almost no wait on products, and they never got annoyed or frustrated with the amount of customers and orders. The Blizzards also are ratioed perfectly, so that's always a plus.
