BUT he still gets his #1 deluxe with large waffles fries in less than 5 minutes from entering the drive thru lane. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the entire visit.The star of the show, however, was the superb service given by Sam. He was attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure that my order was perfect. He recommended some delicious options and even customized my sandwich to my liking, which really impressed me.Now let's talk about the food. I ordered a classic Italian BMT sandwich, and it was everything I could have hoped for. The bread was fresh, the vegetables were crisp, and the meats were flavorful and generous in portion. “I love this Hot heads. It's my favorite one. It's the only one that gives you a fair portion of food anymore. The staff is almost always on top of their game. However I have one complaint. The pop machine is the most disgusting thing in a restaurant. It looks as if it's never been cleaned. I've never seen it clean since I started going there 5 years ago. I still use it. But it reallt needs cleaned. When I worked at a restaurant 25 years ago we have to clean the pop machine every night. I thought it was a board of health rule. Maybe it's changed. But please clean it.... I'm not even a germaphobe and I think it gross. I can't imagine how others feel. I know it's probably a pain in the butt to clean. But it definitely needs done. I'm surprised the board of health has not made you clean it yet.“
“Stopped by here after the Bengals lost to the Texans, food was excellent, service was outstanding, & the restaurant was clean. Waitress was very nice & helpful, she was so gracious enough to sell my brother in law & I a full set of the Skyline Bengals cups, we really appreciated that. Will stop in here again when I'm up that way. Thanks Skyline staff.“
