So my family has been long time customers of this Penn station but I will not eat here again if the food was free. At one time they gave great service and cared about the customer I believe that has ended the last 2 times we ordered here for dinner they messed up the order and the 2nd time the night manager got very disrespectful to me because I asked at what they stop answering the phone. So it’s been 2 months since ordering here and we decided to order lunch yesterday thinking maybe the day shift can get the order correct needless to say it was just as much of a disaster the bread was doughy like and they are supposed to be toasted the sandwhich’s as in what was on them was all wrong I was told the order would be ready at 12:02 it was finally ready at 12:22 which left no time for my wife to eat before getting back to work I spoke with Emma the manager she was sweet and apologetic however I asked to receive a call from the g.m. And I’m still waiting of course think twice about eating at this penn station night shift manager is a disrespectful punk and none of them seem to be able to do there job and get a sandwhich correct and the weird thing is had they made it right it was less work but maybe they aren’t that competent I’ve come to the realization that they just care about getn ur money nothing else hints y I’ve yet to hear from the g.m. Do yourself a favor drive 10 extra minutes to buttermilk you will get better service and be a lot happier that you did. Im willing to bet the G.M. Never calls but your employees are only as good or competent as the leaders and I’m not the only one that thinks so keep reading the other reviews below mine seems others have the same issue so obviously it must be true.

I don't think this girl could possibly hate her job anymore. I got an eye roll for simply interacting with her and she was the cashier o had to interact with her lol. Absolutely ridiculous.*edit* I used the restroom and there was weed literally all over the back of the toilet and behind the toilet seat. I mean come on. It was clearly from the employees considering everyone of them looked blazed.

Walked into restaurant with no other customers and employee was on a personal cellphone and continued his call for 14mins. Until finally saying anything to me while the manager just stood there. So after 25mins of my order due to be picked up I'm informed that due to them burning a rag they lost my order slip and even though they made my sandwiches they never made ANY fries so I had to wait even longer. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! CRAPPY LAZY SERVICE!

Terrific food and the employees know how to make it correctly. Best hot subs around. Try the phly cheese steak or chicken marinara , you can't go wrong with any sandwich.

We usually like coming to this location. What a disappointment! Place was filthy bathrooms dirty. No napkins mislabeled tea and I got a salad with no tomatoes or dressing and the girl acted like I was ridiculous to ask for salad dressing that it comes with. They were blaring music. Had to ask for napkins. Never again!

This location is absolutely disgusting! The registers and card reader were coated with grease. Old food was under all the counters. The pop nozzles were gross and clearly not cleaned. All the tables were dirty. They didn’t drain the oil from the fried they just flipped it into the fry dump. Everywhere you looked just absolute filth.

Placed an online order Sunday 3/10/24 around 12:40. Was supposed to be ready at 1:24pm. We walk in and all 4 employees are messing around in the back. Order wasn’t ready, they hadn’t even dropped the fries yet. When they all come back to the front counter one employee told another “hey you need to get their order ready it’s for pickup” and the other employee responds with “no I’m leaving” then takes his gloves off and just walks out. We end up waiting an extra 20 minutes for the fries, and when we get home we were supposed to have a large sub that was smaller than a regular sized sub. While we were there we received no attempt on explanation from the crew working why the food wasn’t ready, and they didn’t offer any comp service either. They clearly weren’t busy if they had time to play around in the back while receiving orders. Extremely poor customer service and extremely poor food experience. Nothing redeemable about this visit.

Loved the service I had. Went to pay for my order and thought my debit card was the issue. Left and went to get money from my bank account, came back to pick up my order just to find out that the internet at the store was not working, couldn't use my debit card and received my order for free. Great experience, staff and customer service

After looking at the menu for 3 to 5 minutes clerk acknowledged me and said that they were closed ,but their door was unlocked and it was 851 pm.So disappointed that it took that long to be acknowledged and if they were closed . Wouldn't they have been a to lock up door and place a sign.

Everyone working this location looks like they're using hard drugs. Don't expect ordering online to save you any time you'll wait 10 minutes before they even acknowledge you and they'll let people cut in line before you who will get served before you.

Refused to serve our 2 person family because they were too busy with online orders. Instead of stopping their online orders, putting a sign on the door, or even locking the door they just turn people away. They were also rude when I simply questioned what was going on.

First of all, the fries were already in my bag when I went to pick up my order. They're usually made when you go in and pick it up. Nobody greeted me at the pick up window and had an attitude when I asked about my fries. The sandwiches were correct, but the fries were burnt, soggy as fuck soaked in nasty dirty old oil, and stale. Tasted like absolute butthole. There were no other customers in there, and now I understand why. Management must be shitty there because all all their workers seemed to be in a world of their own, not attentive whatsoever. I won't be coming back to this location due to the quality of service and the food itself. Do better. Management needs changed and people need fired. How hard is it to fry potatoes and not burn them? Change the oil, it's disgusting. Thanks.

Is the phone disconnected or what?! Called multiple times no one answered. Had to call to place order since they haven’t had the grilled club online for months now for no reason. Every other location has it online except this one. Don’t want to walk in and place order because I’ll have to wait there a century for it to get done. Absolutely horrible location.
