I walked in with my kids and saw a rat eating a stray French fry, I tried to ignore it and order my food and when I opened the burger there were black stuff and it turned out to be black mold, I ate it unknowing it was mold and ended up in the hospital, in my Coke I saw a roach and I threw my drink at the rat, never going here

This Wendy’s is one of my favorites. Most times you have very pleasant staff, and at the very least, always courteous. The food is off a bit. The buns are never fresh tasting and my hamburger somehow is always cold. I guess I’m unlucky, because the majority of my fries are just little fry bits. Great price though. Which probably explains some of what I just said.

You know what you're going to get, and this location is efficient and convenient.
My wife made an online order. I went to the location and was helped by Michelle last night, she had me pull forward so I could wait on my food and it would be fresh, Michelle came out to my vehicle and explained that the potatoes were not in good shape and she didn’t think it would be right for us to be served those, Michelle went above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted and left happy, which she didn’t have to do, thank you Michelle! I don’t ever really have any great experiences at fast food places because people seem like they hate their lives, but Michelle kept a smile on her face & made a customer leave happy, thank you Michelle!

I had to cancel my online order, that I already paid for, because the drive thru was closed and all the lights are off. There seems to be a private party happening in the dining room right now. This is not the first time they've just closed early.
