During night shift change going through the drive thru. Waited at the pickup window for for 2 meals, about 10 minutes. That's OK, figured I would get freshly cooked food, good order. Burgers were good. The 1921 burgers could use extra onions. $2.59 each for small, undercooked, cold fries, and $2.39 for a small coke Full of ice. not worth buying again.

I had a craving for the slider, and I was not disappointed. The employees are always nice and kind and patient, waiting for me to make a decision as to what I want. I had two double cheese sliders and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and they were fresh and hot. I also love the coffee! If it has sat for a while, they always ask if I want to wait for a fresh pot. It is worth it. I'm so glad they don't try to sell the old brewed stuff.

This has got to be the worst restaurant in the area. 3 of us were waiting in the lobby for 20 plus minutes just to get our orders taken. Then I waited another 20-30 minutes for them to get my two 1921 burgers and 3 cheese sliders ready. The staff absolutely ignored the inside patrons (5 employees total) and solely concentrated on the drive thru..I could see the manager in the back area stuffing her face as the customers out front waited for their orders to be taken.... DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

Everytime I come to this white castle it's always a 20 minute wait for food, the sheer amount of people I see leave the line on weekends is truly absurdity and I have zero idea how this white castle is still open
We really enjoyed the 1921 and regular burgers. Real meat and romaine WOW are a find in a world of bad fast food. We recommend this food for consumption.

There was a line to take my order. I finally ordered my to go order at the drive through. I received my order and left to go home. When I arrived at home, my order was totally incorrect. Overall the experience was frustrating.Parking: Plenty of parking spots available.

Great coffee for a cheap price. The food (usually) is good for fast food but that coffee is the stuff I truly crave. I live closer to the Covington location but would rather come here. That and the woman who (again, usually) makes it is very kind and courteous. This is a very good location and if you crave White Castle, this place will do you just fine.
