I ordered a simple cheeseburger with everything. The cheeseburger was burnt horribly. I also ordered a pink lemonade it was horrible. I asked for the check pay the ticket and walked out. That is one place in Frankfort Kentucky I will never go again.

I paid almost $80 for carry-out. Not only was a meal missing when they handed me my order and I had to show them my receipt in order to get it, but it still wasn’t the right thing and I didn’t realize it until I got home: I couldn’t tell what it was under all of the shrimp. The new loaded waffle fry appetizer barely had any sauce on it at all. They gave me steak instead of chicken. The only thing that was right on the entire order was the chicken tenders. The staff was nice. That’s the only reason I gave it 1 star.

People screaming in the back . Wife was asking what was going on, and waitress was rude, we got up walked out . Bad vibes , looked like only few people working and they wasn't happy about it. We felt like a inconvenience from the start , and mad screaming in the back.

Horrible experience from this location. The service was horrible. Possibly because I got the all you could eat shrimp. The first plate had 6 shrimp. I ordered more and after 45 minutes with no refill I mentioned something to the waitress. The manager came over with a very aggressive attitude and said they were busy. Half the tables were empty. Never did get the refill of shrimp. This manager should be fired and kept from speaking with customers. I'll never go back to this location. I wasted my hard earned money.
My girlfriend and I used to love this place. The service is MOSTLY wonderful, the food is always great and affordable, and we just feel comfortable there. Chilling out and watching sports. The problem is, the manager/owner is an absolute jerk and y'all need to get rid of him. I hope he doesn't say even once to his servers to leave their dirty laundry at home because this guy has absolutely the worst attitude, the rudest demeanor, and seemingly the most abusive management style I've ever seen. Also, flirting with female customers is completely inappropriate. My girlfriend and I thought we had to step into a situation. Let's not make Frankfort's most central Applebee's a weird place to go.
I will not be going back to this location. I have given them so many "last tries" and this time I couldnt even get waited on. We were seated and then no one even came to take a drink order. After waiting way too long and the people at the adjacent table saying that they hadn't been helped either (and had been waiting twice as long), I decided to leave and never return. There were only 3 tables (total, including us) with customers at them, but there was a cluster of employees at a table chatting it up.

Came for dinner and when I went to the women's restroom it was bad. The entire floor was very sticky. In the small stall, the only toilet paper was a large roll sitting on the floor.The food was ok, the chicken I ordered was grilled. The sauce and cheese on it was good but the chicken was over cooked and dry.My spouse got the ribs and I thought it was much better than the chicken.Our server was the bartender and she was awesome! She remembered the small things we asked for and was nice.
