Definitely worth making a visit. Came at lunch and girl behind the counter was swapped, but definitely got everyone through quickly. Pizza was a little greasy mainly do to old world pepperoni, but was good.

Probably has the best pizza around the area and definitely has the best calzones I've eaten. I've lived out east and this is probably as close as to New York pizza that you're going to get in the area. I went there quite a bit when I was in college over a decade ago, especially when going to the MSC basketball tournaments before the city tore the convention center down. It was a staple every time. Friday nights were Buddy's pizza when we went. Any other time, it was something new to try, but I generally got a pepperoni-sausage calzone. I moved down not too long ago, so I go once in a while, and it's generally the calzone with an Ale-8.
Price is right for a slice, salad, and drink! Love seeing all the local pups' pictures on display.

Budget friendly pizza if you're in Frankfort. -- We ordered a large Big Bear for two and it was the perfect amount. Roasted garlic & olive oil, bacon, sausage, and tomato. It was a tasty combination of toppings!

Living in Frankfort, I've ate here more than a dozen times. It's mediocre lunch food at best. A place to get a cheap lunch special: big slice of pizza, salad, and drink. None of it is stand out or even what I'd consider delicious. It's just a cheap, easy, convenient way to fill your belly at lunch time on a budget. Food is decent. Maybe even really good if you're hungry enough. But Don't expect a mind blowing slice of pizza because it's honestly not much better than a frozen box pizza. It is what it is... Service is always fast. We are able to get in and out in about 30-45 minutes on lunch breaks. Ambiance is what you'd expect of an old building in downtown Frankfort. Nothing amazing, but it's clean.
